Does your personal insurance allow you to rent your car in Turo? If yes which insurance company?

Your insurance company doesnt have to do anything with allowing you to rent your car on turo. Turo has their own insurance for your car which covers everything + 500$ Replacement car rental if your car repairs take time incase somethinghappens!

@@Poojasunfilteredworld thanks . I was asking as someone told me her insurance company cancelled her insureance when they came to know she is also using her car on Turo. I think that is also mentioned on the Turo website that you have to inform your insurance provider otherwise they may cancel the policy… this is weird but this is what is it… Canadian insurance companies are sometimes nasty… they can screw you…

@Adeelsartaj yes not all insurance companies allow you to use your car as a rental and also do ride sharing. The one insurance that covers ride sharing plus rentals we know is economical insurance, which we have for our car.
