As a born and bred New Orleanian and an Uber driver in the city, the best advice I can give you is: 1. Once 5pm hits think about dinner and get a drink. Doesnt matter what. Then start your night. 2. Stay hydrated and pace yourself. 3. Have fun and keep your wits about ya. 4. Feeling too drunk? Just eat something with a glass of water and you'll be ready to go! Hope to see yall back again soon! Also Bourbon St. is trash compared to Frenchmen st.

leigh callahan yessss I went for Halloween last year and it was everythingggggg! I slept maybe 30-35 hrs in 6 days that we were there and drank/partied/ate 3 years off my life. I want to go again this year!

Leigh you are so right. I’m a fellow native that is a Uber driver. I always tell people to pace themselves while exploring the quarter. I started saying “hydrate before you dehydrate”( something I picked up from a trip to Key West)

I honestly picture her stumbling he way back to the ghost tour and drunkenly yelling at the ghosts to spirit her away- she passes out, wakes up around 3 am in the spooky ghost mansion, stumbles home eating pizza in one hand and a beer in the other, and then passes out 😂
