The passive aggressiveness is so toxic.

The key to hold the line being a broken ability in my opinion is that it locks down the whole map and that the Typhoons do damage without time delay, the only thing you need for Hold the Line is sight. If compared to sector artillery, it only engages on 3-4 sectors while costing more muni, being time delayed, and shorter duration thus making it far too easy to dodge as long as you keep moving. In other words you can run from sector artillery into the enemy sector but you cant run from hold the line. As a comparative challenge I suggest try the same thing with sector artillery.
