I wouldn't say the land isn't bad. I would just say that the amount of people ruins it!

AGREED! They should limit the amount of people they allow into that area. When it’s crowded like that it’s nearly impossible to enjoy the experience! It was definitely cool to see as someone who grew up enjoying Nintendo 😎

How was the drive from the Embassy Suites? We're doing the same stay and going to Universal and I'm trying to decide how much time to leave for getting from the hotel to the park.

It definitely depends on the time of day and what day of the week. We went on a weekday morning and caught a little bit of commute traffic, and we arrived at the park around 8:30. The drive time was about 20 minutes with traffic. It’s less than 15 minutes without traffic. Have a great time! And don’t forget to take advantage of the manager’s reception at Embassy Suites!
