Hi Alex & Gary, You 2 did a Great Job!! The garden looks totally clean & Homeowner will be happy! 😊 As for your shoulder problem, it could be swollen & should be iced for 72 hours & then heat! Taking Ibuprofen reducing the swellness too! Never put heat on right away on any swollen injuries! I love how funny you 2 are, from looking backwards on how you 2 met, & Gary singing to the plants 🤣 & you Alex garden acne! 🤣 As for me I love the gardening you 2 do, you give us tips & knowledge of the flowers! It always makes me happy to see before and after shots. You guys have a great job. Rescuing and improving the lives of living things. You are really garden therapists. You can alternate hot and cold. The cold helps reduce inflammation but can cause movement problems so the heat will help get loosened back up.

Nice work again, chaps. I've not read all the comments, so maybe you already got some good advice for your shoulder... but, as a 51 year old landscape gardener meself, I would strongly recommend a visit to a good cranial osteopath. Always a good idea to keep your tools and machines well-maintained and serviced. With all the hand-weeding you guys do, your shoulder probably has more value in your business than the power tools, so I'd say: get it looked at quick-sharp!

Regarding your back, I have always received ICE first followed by an electric blanket straight after. They are both used to repair the injury quicker, use both for optimal results. Good luck. Thanx for the vids very enjoyable and informative.

Good evening from Western Australia! The whole garden will look so much better once you’ve both completely got on top of it. Looking much better already though. My hubby has a bad shoulder. Depends if it’s muscular or nerve damage, physio, Arnica cream(muscular), alternating hot and cold all help. Great job.

Ice shoulder for 20 minutes. And stop for 10 minutes. Further Instructions: Make sure you have the ice or use frozen peas so the bag forms better to your body (peas can be reused over and over. Then place in a waterproof bag and wrap it with a towel, the towel prevents ice burn on your skin. While working you need to have something to heat the area so you can keep the mussel relaxed while outside in the cooler months and of coarse wear warmer clothes.

Any muscle injury - ice for the first 24 hours and then heat. This is according to physiotherapy people. Hope that helps.

Just like that in the video hahaha. Just kidding, we met about 13 years ago. I was in a relationship with one of Gary friends. We lost contact for a while but our paths crossed again
