You should consider raising the wages of all of your associates during this time. They have been working tirelessly and many have sacrificed so much. Many companies and stores are closing their doors to the public and promising to pay their employees while they are away from work. In the meanwhile Kroger stores have undoubtedly had massive sales increases and your employees are the ones on the front lines doing the hard labor and putting themselves at high risk to catch the virus. Please step and do the right thing. Show that you value your employees and not just the giant sales increases. They should receive immediate raises and back pay for any shift worked during the past two weeks.

I don't understand why making a donation requires the pickup of a card at Pickup, and then charging me for the pickup. I just want to make a donation. Let's work out that bug.

10 Months into the era of Covid, online shoppers (like me) might consider upping the default tip ante from 5% to 10% (if you're hooked up to Insta-cart, that is). Kroger's $9.95 delivery charge is not nearly enough to pay for the drivers' gas and time.
