For the Sushi, you need "sticky rice" it's a special kind of rice used for sushi. You can get it at your local Asian store...👍!

Next time, pack a rice cooker. You can make an amazing number of things, toasted cheese sammiches included, in a rice cooker. It's worth the hassle, unless you are just overnighting.

The egg hack works because vinegar is. A minor acid that dissolves the outside of the shell of and egg which is a base. This is why it dissolves

They’re constantly refilling the soy sauce containers on the tables at Chinese restaurants, darling, because they’re constantly being used. And the packets are unopened. The key word is AFTER OPENING.

its recommended to but you don’t have to. The only reason they say that is cause after some time soy sauce quality taste can start to deteriorate.
