I picked up a Ping G 5 driver from a golf stall in the local market three weeks and boy what a golf club. My playing partner has the new Callaway Mavrik driver and he wasn't very happy that I was bombing it 30 yards past his ball. Ashley you are one hell of a good putter.

I love to watch both halves of your split personality. The treasure hunt (thrifting) and the treasure (playing with the new clubs). Ashley, i used to wake up with excruciating stiff necks. A physio i know recommended a shredded memory foam pillow. It supports my neck when i sleep and has eliminated those painful mornings. Whatever's causing your pain this might bring some relief. I hope you're feeling better soon.

I have that same money ball! I’ve probably had it for close to 15 years; harder than a rock! It’s been in my office next to our putting green for a couple years now, and the guys at work love it when we are doing an afternoon put off lol

I have that exact same rainbow putter I picked up at a garage sale, I couldn't find anything about them online so thats awesome to see one in the wild, also I went thrift shopping for some clubs today and got a whole set of the classic 1996 callaway big bertha irons which included a set of the nike SQ woods and driver, a mizuno tpm 1 putter and a callaway tuttle 2 putter for only $25 this is gonna be a great flip!

I picked up an older Mizuno 14° driving iron for 2 dollars at a garage sale recently. Forged head and stiff steel shaft. It is AMAZING, feels great, and looks very similar to the one you found there.

My favorite Arnold Palmer memory was way back in 1966. I was on the HS golf team and working at a pharmacy. The pharmacist lady's brother evidently went to school with Arnold. He said whenever Arnie came to Cleveland for the Cleveland Open, they got together early in the week to play a round together. He said that they usually only had three and she'd tell her brother to invite me that summer. I was a wreck for months anticipating this but, unfortunately, Arnie had business to take care of and they didn't play that year. *Whew*

I have a lot of putts like that Jon, so I feel your pain! And speaking of zoom, I use the Movavi Video Editor and it has a way to split the video add a zoom effect in and out or pan, to just the section you split. I also use inshot on the phone and you can sort of do the same thing by changing the canvas size of the video.

That driving iron is money. The ball flight Jon was getting looked great.

Great find on those X-16's. Ashley, get well so you can get back in the swing (if you know what I mean). Don't know exactly what your neck issue is, but I see a Chiropractor now and then when my neck locks up on me. Just saying, if you're willing to try.

Jon - I’ve missed birdie putts just as close. I feel your pain. I’m tempted to look for a driving iron now. Thrifting in Japan isn’t as much fun though since there are no thrift stores here. We do have what they call recycle shops.

I recently started golf in lockdown bought my first set clubs happened for be a set of callaway x-14s from a pawn shop and broke my 7 iron in the car 😂 great video guys, stay safe

I have a full set of Macgregor v voil forged irons .great irons.after 15 years

I had a MacGregor 3 wood I used for probably 10 years. I could kill it and it was super forgiving. I think I'm going to be on the lookout for that driving iron.

x-14's were my set throughout my high school competing career. Miss those.
