that’s exactly why I don’t kiss...saw some pictures years ago of someone with a breakout on and around their mouth and it completely stopped me in my tracks ...no more of anything touching my lips ever again...I just use Vaseline now

Me too! I suffered a bad rash from a perfumed scented lotion I rub on my face, as a child. The lotion turned my face red from an allergic reaction from whatever messed up formula in the bottle. When I tried to washed my face, the lotion got on my lips and burn them too. I pretty much freaked out since I'm a medium dark brown black woman, and it's not usual for me to turn red. Also a cousin gift it to me , and it didn't have a label so I assume she made it since she use to work and sell products for Avon. To make a long story short, my lips and the whole area surrounding my mouth rashed up and by me picking on it left an ugly shadow on my face along with some pink lips. I use to have a beautiful dark, two tone natural lip color. Now I have a weird pink sensitive lip, and the only thing I can wear is Carmax. So yes please be careful for what you put on your body. My rash has lighten up over the years but my lips are still sensitive. 😞
