Hey even I thought the same. When they mentioned Raw Papaya Salad I thought it is Thai. Though I have never tasted Thai special Raw Papaya Salad but have seen videos and heard lot about it.

@@WashingPowderNirma2.0 its very easy to make at home. The OG one you get in Thailand has shrimp paste in it usually which gives it a lot of extraordinary flavour. But my mom is vegetarian so we used to make the veg version at home. I dont get raw papaya where I live now so havent made it in a few years.

Try one thing prepared from different oils and tell the difference and which you guys feel is good for health as well as taste.. Like sunflower oil, rice bran oil, ground nut oil, sesame oil, coconut oil etc..

Fresh matar ke chilko ki sabzi banti hai, and my mom cooks it and its awesome. Majorly eaten in Kanpur Lucknow. I am not sure, how many might have heard of it, but matar ka chilka is actually edible.
