6 жыл бұрынAt the Recess Room in Fountain Valley, CA you can order a pig's head served ssam style. The meal comes on a platter with lettuce, roti, pickled veggies, and kimchi sauce. Before frying the pig head, the restaurant brines it in a mixture of soy sauce and garlic.

Humorous how sour everyone gets when they see a recognizable part of the animal getting cooked. Everyone feels fine chowing down on bacon, ribs, etc, so why get all sensitive now? Perhaps the food world isn't for you if this is enough to upset you.

It's just he way it looks. Nobody wants a dead animals head on their table. Some people just don't have the heart to eat something like that. They feel guilty. I personally don't.

guys, think about it though..the animal already died so might aswell do it justice and eat every single part of it & appreciate it👌🏼 at first I also thought it was a bit much..but if you’re already a meat eater, why not eat this aswell? it would be a shame to eat the rest of the meat just fine without second thoughts and throw away the rest😐

I have seen a fair amount of gore, so this doesn't unnerve me; but its just the eyes of that pig that's so unsettling. They seem alive, almost as if they're are judging you. Welp there goes my peaceful sleep tonight!

Those comments are so annoying... guys this is so hypocritical of you to feel so uncomfortable when you are facing what you're eating: an animal. If you eat the head or the foot it's still an animal so fealing that bad when you see its face means that you don't even remember what is in our everyday plates

You guys saying it's cruel. Well it's more cruel to waste parts of it if the reason you killed it was to eat it isn't it? Logic guys logic. Yet it's not cruel to eat it's belly? But it is to eat the head? And I believe you guys are older then me. Isn't tossing out its unneeded body parts disrespectful? Or how would feeding it to dogs be any better? Well meat is meat. Well eating your bacon isn't different then eating any other part of it. If you're vegan I get it but a lot of you say you eat meat but think it's this is inhuman while still eating it's belly and probably think nothing of it? That's just stupid.

I Love Chen sisig is delicious.Crispy with a bit of chewiness and its very flavorful.Try searching about it.If you had a chance to try it,be sure its cooked and prepared well and clean.Sometimes it has mayonnaise or soy sauce and calamansi with egg on top.Best served in sizzling plate bro.

• Weasley •original sisig is made with maskara or porks face.Specifically,the cheek,ear and nape with some meat and fat from the other part.Because pigs head is cheaper and its the one that gives sisig its chewiness(am I right about chewiness?) and exotic taste.Btw,I am a filipino so I kinda know how it is made cause I also cook sisig.

Personally, I also am a bit grossed out by this, but the thing is, what else are they going to do with the rest of the pig? Chuck it in the garbage? I think it's better that the rest is used again and hell, if someone is willing to eat this, then it's still better than to chuck it away.

Boil head. Get a 500g sour kraut jar marco polo, one cup of arabica rice . Now put rice and kraut in large oven pan add one tbsp hungarian parika powder mix together in pan then take boild head and place in middle of pan with rice and kraut mix rice kraut out evenly under head now pour water from heads stock into the pan about 20mm higher over the rice and place in oven until the water is all gone the head should now be brown and crisp and rice cooked oven on about 180c takes about 40min in oven

the asian people eat every animal and every part of it nothing is left uncooked they even find a way to make bone soft enough to eat but... that method is inefficient and a huge energy waster it will be more eco friendly to throw the bones makes it into a compost than eating it
