When I first tasted that sugar free wala chocolate, it was bitter at first then I got addicted.. I had my friend eat it and he complained at first and then after half an hour or so, he asked me nicely for the same chocolate 🤣🤣 .. Now every other chocolate tastes too sweet

That 99% cacao is my favorite. Though it's bitter but it can be used in various recipes of chocolate desserts. And I literally loved their expression when they tried it for the first time. It was hilarious and so genuine!

A cacao pod will begin to ripen 5-6 months after it flowers. Each pod contains beans, the seeds of the fruit that are shaped like a flat almond, surrounded by a sweet pulp. There are roughly 30-50 beans in a typical pod. These beans are what ultimately get transformed into cocoa powder or chocolate

Thank you for posting yet another entertaining and informative video! ‘Cacao’ refers to the seeds from which cocoa, cocoa butter and chocolate are made. ‘Cocoa’ is basically the highly-processed version of ‘Cacao’. I love ‘Amul’ chocolates! My favourite is the milk chocolate variant of ‘India: Twilight Tryst’. The brand manufactures three chocolates for dark chocolate ‘aficionados’: 75% ‘Bitter’, 90% ‘Bitter’ and 99% ‘Cacao’. These chocolates are definitely meant to be savoured and not regarded as a chocolate ‘treat’. They might be well-utilised for baking purposes. Regards.

Nice video. I like amul dark chocolates. I tried Fruit n nut , india , Peru, camel milk chocolate. I liked them all, specially fruit n nut . I'll try other flavour as well which is shown in video. These chocolates are comparatively cheaper than bournville and other chocolates. Worth trying 😀

You didn't try their 90% dark chocolate... I'm literally addicted to that one.. if you can't stand the bitterness of cocoa or cacao ..you don't really like the chocolate..you like sugar!

Nothing wrong with sugar. For you chocolate is just cocoa ,for others it is mix of cocoa with sugar and other ingredients that add taste to it .

That was 99% coca and it had real pure very much of choclate content into it than sweetness that is why it was expensive and bitter😂😂❤️
