I can't believe I've been getting dressed the wrong way all this time, gonna have to buy the handstand manual so I can learn how to get dressed properly lol. Loved the bit the at the end, perfect way to end the video

I‘ve been doing the patronizing count in my head for a good hundred videos now, I like it that Joanna is starting to feel comfortable enough to call the boys on it! But that also means she will have to step up her game because she was treated so so very nice when the lads were competing in earnest.

Great content as usual, I presume u were playing up to the vlog with Joanna and there was plenty of encouragement when the camera was off, Joanna has improved so much in her skills u must be so proud, her hard work and determination, with u by her side coaching her, u make the perfect combination, the perfect team, love content with u 3.😊

I feel like - for the taking the tracksuit bottoms off in handstand one - the major struggle was too much bunda 😂 flatter bums or baggier tracksuits would have been easier I feel!
