I think a lot of the bad reviews of the quick service restaurants come from people who have tried to go there at 7 o’clock at night. It is extremely busy, and as one of the reviewers previously said, I have found the service very poor and the orders often are incorrect. So basically, your experience is going to depend a lot on how crowded the restaurant is. Maybe try going back at night and doing this show again :-)

lmao. I worked at BEND THE BAO and we definitely didn’t put kimchi in the duck bao. It is XO sauce, which is made from dried fermented shrimp, scallops, and other fish. and the brisket that we used is the same one from NBC grill, and yes sometimes the Brisket would be dried as a bone. The “orange Chicken” lol well.. that’s another story. So glad I’m not there no more. Food was trash

I think issue is during peak times. Key is to go when it’s not peak times even in the parks. Instead 12-1 for lunch try for 11-12, eat dinner before 6 or after a few hours after parks closes or get yourself a reservation way in advance. Our favorite place in Vivo. Their steak is awesome and they make fresh noodles for other meals. Favorite waitress their is Ermy.

Go to Bk whooper bar when parks letting out and try to get same service. I have went multiple times and while I dont leave reviews as I think it depends on day and time, but have yet to have order right there. I tend to think maybe staffing issues as most going through but appreciate the convivence of not having to driver somewhere after

We've been to Margariitaville a number of times and it's been fine. Frankly some people live to complain. I mean complaining that it's a tourist trap when your at a theme park? Jimmy has the line 'the beer was to cold' in one of his songs and that comes to mind. Great job as always though. We were just wondering how often you guys do City Walk (other than the 24 milkshakes at whatever it was).

But y'all went when they weren't busy at all. Service is bound to be better when the server isn't overwhelmed. One star reviews usually happen when the restaurant is either fixin' to close or overwhelmed.

This video was a lot of fun, and was informative to boot. It provided an original spin on the sometimes rote task of theme park food reviewing. And weirdly, I'm now thinking about checking out Jimmy Buffet's on our upcoming trip, despite never having had any inclination to go there previously.

I love the food reviews y'all always give and as someone who has an upcoming vacation but is also actively trying to get healthier I wanted to suggest a video highlighting healthier food options in the parks! : ) low cal/nutritious/vegetarian/vegan/just lighter fare, etc.. I mean....In all fairness it depends on the day. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich from bread box and it was no doubt very small but it took 45 min from getting on line to sandwich on table and the place seemed very disorganized and short staffed at the time. Most abandoned tables still had previous trays cups and stuff stacked up mile high

I just got back from my Universal Studios vacation!! Had such an awesome time!! I was so distracted by having a good time I forgot to even look for you guys! But honestly I realized even if I had been at the parks the same day you were there it would've been nearly impossible to spot ya's in a crowd as I had a hard time finding my own family in a crowd, let alone 2 people I've never met in person before. lol 🤣 Hagrid's was the BEST ride in the parks!! Loved it so much! The Buffalo Chicken Tots from Green Eggs and Ham were delicious!! And HOT TAKE: The Pumpkin Juice was better than the Butterbeer. 👀 😲 Thanks for all your amazing videos as they helped me tremendously with my plans as I tackled the parks!! 😁

We were just there Saturday and ate at Bread Box. Those reviews shocked me. The pastrami rivaled NYC (not in size, lol, but taste). It was the most delicious melty pastrami with a yummy sauce. I get the employee thing, though. I went to mobile order but you cant get sauce on the side on the app, so I stood in line. It took 15 minutes to take 3 people's orders. My friends (who mobile ordered) were done eating before I even got to the counter. Our Sprite was just seltzer water (they just needed to replace the flavor), but they couldn't replace it without going into the basement I guess? So we just got coke instead. The manager seemed annoyed at US for not wanting to drink seltzer water and asking for straws, sooooo, yeah, I get the service reviews.

I laughed at the person that could eat at Bread Box in one bite. Maybe if they can unhinge their jaw they could, but when we went back in 2022 I got the NY rye and pastrami and I couldn't finish more than a quarter of it and I really liked it. That Tomato and Mozarella chiabatta sandwich looked really nice.

I love Jimmy Buffet's! But it's for one reason and one reason alone: Volcano Nachos. They are amazing and cost less than every entree, all while filling you up with amazing flavors. Oh, and they have tons of Gluten Free food there for my Celiac wife. That helps, too.

The food at Confisco Grille can be terrible depending on when you go. We stopped there after being at the park all day. We were so hungry and tired. I love curry, so I ordered the Chicken Curry Chakra. The waitress told me a it's a little spicy and wanted to make sure that's fine. I thought good, this will have some flavor. I got the food, there was no flavor and no spice at all. It seriously tasted like cardboard. Absolutely terrible, but I was so hungry, I just until I wasn't starved anymore. I let the waitress know, she said it's later in the evening and things just aren't as fresh then. Lesson learned, never go to Confisco's late in the day.

I will say City walks Margaritaville is the worst place to eat at universal. I've been there 3 times and it's never been good. The last time it took us like an hour and a half to get food and it wasn't very busy. There servers were terrible and the food wasn't good. We go to the pigeon forge location frequently and it's always pretty good. I have that I've never had a good experience at the city walk location :/. Bob Marleys though 100% recommend it's bussin!
