About the drinks: Those types of drinks are not for everyone Those fennel candies are basically mouth fresheners in India. It is served after meals in 99% of Indian Restaurants. You will be so shocked when you get to know about everything you tried a lot more 😂

@@Lucifer-es6iz it’s because you don’t understand the flavours right now. Once you start taking interest in flavours, you will quickly understand what’s their in each and every recipe. Besides you can always read the wrapper of ParleG. Most of the bakery products use vanilla. You can even smell parleG biscuits and tell it has vanilla

The drinks are not popular 😬☠️🤢 i never heard, seen or had those. And feel like most of us Indian never had those. If you guys really want to have Indian drinks find Thumbs up, Mirinda , Maza , Frooti, paper boat , limca , slise , pran etc.. drink or company drink .

Chat masala goes great with some fruits, like pineapple and watermelon, not every fruit under the sun (not great with bananas, grapes, or oranges for example) 😂 And no, we don't put chat masala on ice cream...we do put it in all chats (or chaats)..chaat comes from the Hindi word chaatna which literally means to lick (chaats are lick-worthy - u should try them out)

Fennel candy is eaten as mouth freshner after a heavy meal. Keeps mouth feel refreshed and fennel helps with digestion. We generally eat 2-3 only at a time. No one eats it mouth full unless they are obsessed with it😂

Masala means a mixture of spices. Every masala is different. Even you take same spices but you alter the quantity the taste changes.. it also depends on the rosting time and methods

Correct pronunciations: Bhoo-jee-yaa (the J is pronounced the English way, not the French way) Coor-coor-ay 😂 Paar-lay G: G = glucose and Parle = railway station in Mumbai where the factory used to be...an iconic Indian product and we call them biscuits, not cookies. And u gotta dip it in Indian chai man, not eat it as-is! 😂 Jaa-moon She-kun-jee (shikanji is a type of spiced lemonade, jamun is black plum, masala is literally spice)

OMG!!! you have no idea how helpful this is to me smile squad. thank you so much sam and kurt!! 😍😁 one of my closest friends is from kansas and i have been planning for a few months to send her family a "birthday gift box" that will reach her by october 2nd (same birthday as mahatma gandhi btw) and thanks to y'all, i now know *THE PERFECT ITEMS* to send her. 😍😁 and yes, as a guy who loves cooking, i do use chaat masala quite a lot. it's supposed to be used for pani puri, but i use it for pretty much everything as seasoning. i recommend using it for soups, wraps, french fries or other potato dishes and most of all, for eggs or meat. tastes amazing. 😋😋 edit : sam and kurt. *PLEASE* have *parle G with milk tea* next time. you're really missing out on something amazing. 👀 i could explain why. but i would suggest you look up "VIR DAS stand up comedy specials" on netflix or youtube. he explains it hilariously but accurately and you'll enjoy watching it as you have parle G and tea.

We don't put masala on ice creams but yes we do have our own version of ice cream which is called Kulfi and it is made of condensed milk so it is very thick and usually made on street vendors stalls so for cost cutting they use ice and salt for freezing the KULFI so little bit of saltiness does comes out of it in the beginning otherwise it's just thick milky heaven....

Masala are spices Yes,' Kulfi' Indian Ice cream has nuts and spices.But there are lots of flavors in it. My personal favorite is 'Elaichi' Kulfi and Kesar Kulfi That is Cardamom and Saffron Many a times little black pepper is also added to Kulfi. Numerous varieties😊

Here is a list of Malaysian snacks you can try: - Appollo Chocolate Stick Wafer - Appollo Layer Cakes (Pandan, Strawberry, Chocolate-coated) - Twisties Snacks (the Malaysian version of Cheetos) (Cheese, Tomato, BBQ) - Mister Potato Potato Crisps/Chips (Original, BBQ) - Double Decker Snacks (Prawn, Cheese Rings) - Durian Corn Snack - Super Ring - Haw Flakes (Shan Zha) - Mamee Monster Noodle Snack (BBQ, Chicken, Spicy) - Choki Choki - Cheezels (quite similar to Super Ring, but thicker and has a strong umami flavor) - Iced Gem Cookies (we call them Iced Gem Biscuits in Malaysia) - Potato Wheel Crackers (we call them "keropok roda") - Tam-Tam and Mi-Mi (Snek-Ku) - Wang Wang Senbei Rice Crackers - Popo Muruku Ikan ("Ikan" is fish in Malay) The list goes on, but I recommend trying these to start off with. Bhujia is made from Chickpea flour. Kurkure is made of rice and pulses. Kaccha aam candy means raw mango. Parle G is the graham cracker of India. Jamun is a berry which is extremely effective in treating diabetes. Though the drinks which you guys showed aren't popular here in India. Soan papdi is made with chickpea flour and sugar.
