Hey bud if they were pork ribs and were cryvaced they will have a bad smell give them a wipe down and air them for awhile then check them sometimes they do have a smell when cryvac.

With the 12v oven get a 12v to 15v step up converter it’ll make the oven reach the higher temperature quicker

Thanks mate! Being a freshwater dam fish they taste muddy, not to say that people don’t eat them at all but a lot of work to make them palatable! Yes the tubes inflated and waiting for you 😂

Great catch mate, so much fun with the family. Don’t want to sound like a buzz kill, but please all of you wear life jackets when tubing/skiing, accidents do happen and at least you have a jacket on if something does.

Thanks! That one is coolabah brand and it’s quite good as a stick in to check thermometer, if your wanting something that stays in the meat then I’d be looking at meater brand 👍🏻
