It's foster care awareness month and time for an update! We've been foster parents for over 3 years and have had 10 long term placements, 7 short term placements and 25 kids for respite (some multiple times).
There is definitely a NEED in every state for foster parents. I hope this encourages you to take the first step to get licensed yourself or help a foster parent local to you :)
