Ignoring the top Karen performance at the start, I’d like to focus on that officer. I have often criticised officers behaviour so I think it’s only fair to call out good ones. I think his response was very good. He didn’t take it personally, he investigated and concluded there was no crime, so left you alone. This is the precise response we should see regularly. Everyone here is giving the coppers grief but on this occasion I think they acted quite properly. Told you at the outset they were filming, asked a few questions, realised quickly you was not going to reply and stopped asking, established you were breaking no Laws and left, all within minutes. If all police acted that way the would be no footage for auditors to post. The snarky" you're dismissed" at the end was pretty feeble and just some weird attempt at trying to look like you bossed the encounter.

So they bothered to come but did nothing except ask The Photographer to get out of the way for a cyclist illegally cycling on the pavement! Just imagine all the difficult and annoying questions they would have asked if The Photograher had engaged verbally with them. The silent treatment means that we miss out on the drama of all the insidious questioning but it is so very amusing and effective in other ways. They didn't even leave the Photographer with the customary lecture on, 'bearing in mind that people may be disturbed by their activities'! If only we could visit an alternative universe where we could compare what happened if The Photographer did talk with them to what happend when they didn't. They are twats so just ignore them, same as they should ignore the calls out for a person with a camera/drone!
