Great video, the weather didn't stop you, i like Mid Norfolk Railway, missed you by a day, we went down to Hopton On Sea on the Monday, called at Morrisons for snap, sadly railway was closed. Pleased you had a good visit. Thank you for sharing your visit.

I did enjoy the trip to see Wymondham Abby wow nice!!!!! You he just don't have anything that great or old like that it was just Spectacular to see !!!! So much so that I did get my Wife to come and see it as well ( NICE )!!!!! Back to the Train. I sure did enjoy the great ride threw the English side!!! O nice some great cars and Trains too to $$ :). What a nice shop and so much in it as well thanks for the great day out . I do enjoy your video Rick but this was the top mate cheers!!!!!!

We live about 30 mins from the MNR, but it hasn't seemed to be open regularly during the past few years, so we tend to drive the extra 30 mins to the NNR. They do run an excellent annual model railway exhibition, though. Pacers: surely one ride on them and people will never return?! Excellent video that shows the MNR in a very positive light. We'll try and visit again soon. Glad you "stepped away" from the bucket hat! Takes me back, that bus: Butler, Blakey & the clippy whose name a forget. I used to enjoy holping on & off them in London. We were in "Wyndham" just yesterday 😊

The scale of those engines so realistic and the steam generator works😜 Nice day trip, even Bob found a few mates, like it when you sad, your dog come back, ours don't, does that mean the other is a boomerang dog?😂 Anyway fun apart, nice collection of running steamers even for kids, when you look at videos you see them running, but to see these steam beasts live, the smell of coal, oil and steam is something you most experience at first hand. Wymondham is a lovely town with many attractions and things to do unfortunately on Sundays like most sunday alot of it is closed. Glad you got to see inside the Abbey as station master at Wymondham Abbey ive yet not had chance to pop across the road and have a look but i certainly will. Hope you are well and hope to see you again

The crosses on the bridge are to spread the load from the long bolts through to the other side. There to stop the brickwork spreading. Factiod of the day. Great video.

The Bulleid Pacific is actually my favourite steam locomotive!! I would have liked one for my home layout, which represents the old television series “Dad’s Army “.

oh my ! this sure was a great steam video ! i remember building the Bigging Hill kit from Airfix in the 1960s, when the real think was still roaming the rails ! i think this is one of the best looking steam engines of Britain. Nice to see one of these locos still well kept and alive, thanks. !

Clever man that Oliver Bullied, with his forward thinking of aerodynamics around the front of the loco. Lovely Abbey and very suitable music.

Nice looking steam engine, almost as good as our 1937 Spirit of Progress, Melbourne to Sydney.!

By the way, the Hoddesdon Model and Railway Club has a full Open Day for all those who enjoy model trains. All of my personal system will be on display, as will all my trains.

The old London bus is a Class RT, based on the AEC Regent 3. A lot of them are owned by Rodger Wright, the gentleman who owns the Epping Ongar Railway.

Mine would have to be either a Battle of Britain or West Country Class because it’s only a very small layout.

I see that the Mid-Norfork Railway is dog friendly. Bill and Janet from California

Why was the pacific 34072 ,257 squadron sad ,because he was bullied from new 😂,did Bobby see any terriers ,Bobby loved his new friend they done a nice resto on the RML interior turned it back to its original pre refurbished condition I drive them on the 9 and 94 at Shepards bush ,great video as always Mark 😊😊 (Sorry for the jokes 😂)

Is that carriage being restored, or is it a holiday let getting the railway some extra money from people wanting to holiday on a train or, at least, in a carriage?
