Just discovered your channel and its probably the most enjoyable series ive watched in a long time. We have History, adrenaline, edge of the seat stuff with inbred tory fox hunters on the prowl and its not sensationalised like the crap on the telly. 10/10

My husband works in security and that security guard isn't allowed to threaten anyone with a dog and if one comes they have to be on a lead at least 8ft away from the people he's confronting. My husband said that guy is a 'jacket filler' which is someone who thinks he's it and he's not. Scruffy guy for a security guard. I think you handled him very well Alex. I know that the person that confronted you was doing a job protecting the property , but he didnt have to be so rude. I dont see any harm in what you are doing . You are just exploring and pointing out interesting aspects of the buildings . You always show respect for the properties that you explore as well.

You are on private property you know that you are ….. people have the right protected property….. that’s the risk you take if you get Court being on the property……

I don't know if you spotted it, but the blue room which had the bath in it was not the original bathroom: in days before bathrooms were a common feature, the bath, when fitted (as opposed to a tin bath in front of the fire), was often placed in the kitchen with a fold down lid to hide it when not in use. This was especially common in poorer homes. By the door of this blue room, partially hidden from view by all the plant matter, is an old electric cooker switch confirming this was once the kitchen. The socket on the cooker switch has round pins which dates it pre-1947 when the present square-pin plug was introduced, though there presence in older homes lingered for decades more. The style of bath with what are known as 'globe taps' is likely to date from around 1920s-30s, though are still available today, and the style of the toilet near the front door is of a similar vintage. I'm surprised you didn't try the taps or pull the chain to see if the water was still connected as it's remarkable how many properties I've seen on YT in a terrible state of dilapidation where the water (and sometimes electricity and even gas!) hasn't been turned off! A great video as always and I hope one day you're able to make it back to the mansion for a proper inside visit - maybe sneak in before daybreak and leave after dusk!

I've just discovered your channel. I'm totally hooked. The sense of danger and adrenaline rush is addictive. This one had me going! I can identify with the events here from both sides of the fence. We all know that you chaps don't mean any harm but be honest, if you owned a property and saw 3 or 4 masked lads walking about it, you're not going to assume that they're there just to admire the architecture!

This place abandoned or not is still a private property and cordoned off probably because the building is unstable There maybe valuables within the house. You have to respect the fact that the security guy was just doing his job.

It must be nice to be so rich that you can abandon a mansion.

I love how you all spend ages running away and trying not to get caught, and then when you're caught you give it the big I am about how you're entitled to be there! And the guy absolutely wasn't threatening to set dogs on anyone, he was clearly saying you would choose to run when the people with dogs turned up. I get the curiosity of exploring abandoned places and I admire the determination and courage it takes to investigate. But if you're going onto private land or into properties that don't belong to you, when you're caught just hold your hand up, apologise and move on.

rule number 1, when someone says they are security ask to see their SIA badge, they legally have to be wearing it and have it on display, if not then they are not operating within the law. as it states all security personnel must be in position of an in date SIA license to perform frontline security duties and have it on display at all times, and when asked to show it must.

Two men wandering around a building unannounced that he is security for and you think he is being a prick for threatening with dogs, can hardly blame him he doesn't know who you are.

He makes a fair point, most people don't have private property signs on their homes or gardens but we would all be angry if we saw multiple men running around and hiding in bushes in our gardens. The fact you where hiding proves you knew you shouldn't really be there. Try and have a little more respect and try contacting the landowner first.

What a scary experience for you all! I wonder if they have experiences with people trying to break into the estate, or trying to squat in the house which would explain the hostility towards you. Either way, you all handled it very well! Next time they should make it clearer that it is private property.

In your mind your fun guys there having a laugh, just doing some videos, passive, no harm, not taking anything or doing any damage!! How does anyone else know this !!! You could be doing the complete opposite. You have trespassed through a hedge, walked through farm fields and across well kept lawns, not once have your feet touched a Public footpath. You are very obviously and knowingly on other people property!!! Imagine you wake up and open your curtains and there are 4 guys in your garden, one with a face covering, do you go down and very politely ask “hi guys sorry this is my garden, do you mind “. The reply is “ I didn’t see no signs!!!” Your reply “ well you sort of came through my hedge and across my lawn” Guys” we are just filming old disused sheds, we are not doing any harm!!. Your reply, “ok that’s great, let me know when your finished and I will open up the side gate, save you going through the hedge again. Anyone for tea?. No , you tell your family to stay inside and you run out and tell them to bugger off!! Maybe your dog runs out into YOUR garden and barks at them. Maybe some run and hide behind trees, some casually say they are going. Is that right? Maybe you can start quoting the law of the land? Or just think morally is this wrong!! For the person on the ground it would all seem , yes scary, nervous, threatening and unnecessary. Maybe you should be concerned of the impact of your presence and manner. I live on this estate, thus it isn’t abandoned, I was walking with my family when we sore you walking across the lawn, heading toward yes some disused buildings but next to building with tools and equipment in. But is ok you’re just there for fun, no harm!!! My wife was scared, I took my family home before confronting you. Do you think of the impact that has on my family ? Do you give a sh* t? Other than getting your footage? I did not say I will set the dogs on you!! Fact , one of you guys said that wasn’t in the footage “ well there are more of use than you!!” My dog would have been there for my safety , when I have 4 guys hiding around, trespassing and not giving a F*ck. yes he would have been going mental protecting me with a masked guy mouthing off font of me. With a camera in my face. Did I say I’m setting him on you? Where is the footage of this? Would you be less in my face with him there and would you have left with less hassle , yes!! This was my point !! And no he may have not been on a lead because you are in My Garden, trespassing and he run free. And for all the people that get picky , there is signage up but I can’t have 20,000 signs around on every location someone wants to go through a hedge. So be mindful gentlemen , what you class as abandoned could be a family home and has lasting impact.
