They are red deer that have leucism which makes them white and not albino. There is a stag too. Nice to catch no matter.

Love the Arran book guys, arrived earlier this week. I do have the other books in the series so was never in doubt as to the quality. I will be putting it to good use 28th Dec for a week, may even give you a wave if you are still on the island,

Not Albino’s , good spot, aint seen that one yet! They seem to be getting more common, when i was a lad there was one , and they were preety rare, but seem to be more these days, obviously the gene has got about, there was one in the Shiskine side where the film was taken about twelve years ago. Also one near Lamlash at around the same time,

Hi Chris - my books just arrived (Arran and the O/H) and I just had to say they are superb. I normally dont give a f* about packaging etc but this was actually really good, but more importantly the books look the dogs 🤣 The included sticky tabs for marking them up are a great touch and the map in the Arran guide is a nice touch. A quick flick through and I'm already impressed - time to sit down and plan out some more details of our trip in May. Many thanks and will grab some more in future - are you doing a full guide to Mull any time soon?

Glad you like them! They took some time to make and we do it all just us packaging them etc too so glad that’s not in vain 😂. We are actually, we have that plus a couple of others planned for next year with Mull probably being the first to hopefully be completed by March time with a bit of luck!
