The land looks awesome, I used to love to walk in the woods. I love animals and where we lived there weren't any seriously dangerous animals. I always wanted a pet racoon or skunk. LOL! (Descented of course). We lived in one of our RVs when I was in high school for a few months while my parents had our home built. It was kind of cozy, especially during the cool days of fall. My great grandmother lived with us, so there were 5 of us in the camper. It was a unique experience. Blessings to Mr W and family as they embark on their unique journey. I'm so excited for you and your family to get into your new home and get things set up like you want them. Love to you all from West Tennessee!

I was literally so excited just from seeing Rae so excited she is so much more stronger then she thinks because I know what y'all went through that early morning was to traumatic for everyone involved. and when you guy's were looking in to other options God was closing doors one after another and she dusted herself off and bounced back. And to see her face glowing with excitement and pure happiness God knew Exactly where you guys were supposed to be ❤

That bump on that tree might be worth a lot.Most burls, especially layered burls, are not particularly valuable. On the other hand, a larger eyed burl in good condition should bring $25 to $200 depending on size, species and condition.

There are several wood working videos on KZfaq that show the process of turning beautiful vases or bowls made from burls and other pieces of interesting wood pieces. My favorite is Sprague wood, turning in Canada.

Planting winter rye varieties in the fall has several advantages as a forage crop to feed heifers and dry cows. It is a hedged emergency forage crop if alfalfa suffers winter kill.

I’m so excited for you! I’m a firm believer that fences are necessary for any property and they can make a property look finished and beautiful, I know you’re putting this fence up for the animals but that will give your land definition as well. Totally missed the premiere BUT I watched it as soon as I could afterwards!!!! That fence line with tree decor added had some directional challenges, lol. Might've been a foggy day and their compass didn't didn't work? GPS and cellphones weren't a thing back then, eh Chad? I have always said never use 🌴 for fencing the wire will grow into the tree and good luck if a storm takes it down. You will be glad you are doing right. Can’t wait to see it. So happy for your family 🥰🥰

What a beautiful property. Love your woods. We have a little over 2 acres of wooded area that we vacation at. Spring we have to worry about ticks when walking through the woods. Hope you don't have those little pests by you. Your boys are going to thoroughly enjoy that property. Lots of great exploring.

Congratulations. Having a good open trail, a long your fence line is great for keeping a check on the fence. Had a friend that had his set up that way. He could go out on he 3 wheel and check his fences in no time. That was back when some people had them and 4 wheelers just getting started. I was out there one night for a church get-together, and Winnie roast and decided I would go out and ride some of the trails. I was probably going a little fast for not knowing the trail and come over a hill, and there was a little creek at the bottom of it. I got on the brakes and got stopped just as the front tire went into the water. It wasn't deep, but if I hadn't slowed down, it would have got me wet, and that wouldn't have been must fun in the night air that was below freezing. Love you'll stay safe, and God bless. Dan 🇺🇸

It's getting so exciting waiting to see the place. When you started listing some of the things you got for the house I started giggling and said what about the can opener. You had mentioned you needed to order one in a few videos ago. When I moved into my first place I had forgotten to get one and remember just standing there looking at the can.

When we moved to our 80 acres in SW MO in 1988 we never had armadillos. Then several years later they started coming up from Texas. If I had a nickel for every time I just about twisted my ankle. . . We've got a section of trees like that. Ours is hilly and one has to be very careful trying to walk it. The deer love it.

With having so much combustible woodlands it would be wise to put in some preventative fire tracks guys especially before summer if you can, I'd hate to see you guys go through another loss from fires again even wildfire. Unfortunately it's a possibility when you live on land with woodland/ forestry & having those fire tracks for fire vehicles to access is definitely a precautionary well worth in investing time & money in for the safety of everyone & everything.

I was thinking the same thing. Fire control will be essential, in my opinion. Those widowmakers are scary. We had an ice storm, in north central Arkansas a few years back, and a man from my church was killed by a big branch that was hung up in a tree.

Huge congrats to you all. Chad, I have been watching you, since you were just starting your videos. I think you may already know this and are teaching the boys. When you are in the woods, at night always follow the north star, if you can not see the north star, always follow the top tips of the trees, as they all go north, going north will always get you home etc.. Learned this and so much ore from my Dad and I have taught my 2 sons also. My oldest, I think is the same age as you are and y youngest is 36. I am so happy for you all . God Bless you all and I Pray for you all daily .

I told you wrong cc on the quads. They're 500 cc Polaris electric stick shift. 4x4. Tuff machines. Green color. I was sitting on the back rack on a pad. Husband driving. Had a dead deer on the front. Went up a grade and didn't stop.
