@My name is August West Well said! There is a big difference between tribulations, trials, testing, being persecuted and suffering the judgement and wrath of God! These teachings gloss over the writings of how we ( those believers in the church age) are not appointed to wrath. Where do they find scripture of our protection? Those who had blood on their door jams had their first born sons protected. Where can they find our protection? As for the bride, what kind of husband would put his future wife through such undeserved testing? I am preaching the gospel to three people types, those who believe now, those who believe during the time of judgement, and those who won’t believe. My God will test me and put me through trials, but he will not subject me to 100 pound rocks coming down from Heaven and crushing me indiscriminately. Where do the scriptures of Revelation speak of death passing over me or anyone else in these times of judgement? Where do these teachings find that the two witnesses are from among the church age believers? What exactly are the 100 thousand marked for if the church is still spreading the gospel? I do believe there will be many believers come to truth once the nasty stuff starts on earth. They heard our testimony and were slow to believe, but believe they will! Jesus went and prepared a room for me, and it’s for where he is, not in Jerusalem where he is going to be. Amen

You should've stayed at that church, and help those who are led astray to understand these things. The people at my church believe pre trib, too, so I've decided to stay and build good faith relationships with them while gently and progressively opening their eyes to what scripture actually says. Most of them do not read much of the bible, so a lot of what I've been doing is constantly encouraging them to dilligently study it. And to test the things they hear, and even the things they believe, with scripture. I don't say too much too fast, so as to not cause shock or offense and give anyone the occasion to lay blame on me. We're called to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. It takes tact and patience, and compassion. I'm worried for these people, and I want to do what I can to reach them. Even if I'm only able to reach one person. We who understand have a duty to help those who don't. God bless

It will be difficult to walk out. I just finished, Tortured for His Faith. He was in many different Bulgarian prisons for his faith. The things that men do to others is unconscionable (sp?).

Parents who are afraid their children would be tortured as a way to try to get the parents to deny Christ. I'm a recovered suicidal person, saved by Jesus. I have over 40 self inflicted scars, so I'm not afraid of pain or death. But, I'm terrified of someone hurting my innocent baby. Many parents who loved Jesus and were on their way to heaven would take a chip/mark and allow themselves to be tortured for eternity in hell, just to stop someone from torturing their babies for even a minute.

There is no Church during the Tribulation Period there are just Tribulation saints. The Church is raptured out in a pre-Tribulation rapture.

I disagree on the part you say that only ppl who die during the tribulation are those going to haven. What about that scripture that mentioned the 144 thousands that will be going to heaven are those from the tribulation? from my understanding some already ware being selected and are now in heaven and the tribulation has not yet began. If the Holy Spirit is taken away at Daniel's 70th week, how can we loose the Holy Spirit? The pre-trib rapture happens then Jesus has His attention on Israel for the 70th week.

I find it hard to believe that Jesus would want a battered bride. Demons will be released from hell along with the nephilim/giants and some scary mean entities too. Qwazier3 Believers in God and Christ have always faced persecution and have been among the most "beaten up" people there ever was. Remember: "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants." (Ps 116:15) Furthermore, when Jesus returns and the resurrection/rapture happens, we all get new glorified bodies! What happened/happens to our mortal bodies on this earth will be changed. If that body was "beaten up", it does not matter. Flesh and blood do not inherit the kingdom (1 Corinthians 15:50).

Let go of the idea that the trumpets happen before the GT. Look at 6th seal, 7th Trumpet, and 7th Bowl being the same event.

There is a rapture. However it comes at right before the second coming of Jesus. We who are true believers will be caught up in the air and receive our new bodies after those who have already died. Scripture says in a twinkling of an eye. Then we will come to the earth with Jesus at the battle of Armageddon at his Second Coming at defeat the anti christ and false prophet. Then the Word says we will rule and reign with Jesus for the next 1000 years. There is a rapture, being caught up, it's just after the tribulation. The Bible says there will be a great revival during those days. It's us who will be leading people to Jesus when the anti christ wants allegiance instead. Some of us will die. Not only that, but I have seen people get so wrapped up in being raptured out of here, that they neglect to continue trying to reach out to sinners in these last days! Personally, I had a vision where I was in a dark room, crowds of people were pushing against me as we were shuffling through this doorway. As I passed through, I was immediately immersed in light and my clothes became bright and glowing white. There was a sea of people before me as far as I could see, with palm branches and their hands in the air, praising God. In the distance (because there were so many people) a pillar of light went up and God’s glory shone from it. I couldn’t see anything but this light, but I knew what I was seeing. The next day I went to church where they read Revelation 7; I saw this!!! I was in this great crowd!! These are the ones who came out of the tribulation! Praise God in His Mercy!! I look at it like this; if it’s pre trib, I may not make it. My goal then will be to help those around me be saved and hang on until the end.🙏

If this is the case then what is the point of a rapture of the righteous? Clearly, there are those that think living a life of debauchery is just fine because they are forgiven. Paul was never given any prophetic visions of the future so how would he know how many trumpets will be used and what events take place during those sounded Trumpets? Rev 1v1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John: God gives it to "Jesus" then he gives it to his Angel whom gives it directly to John and only John. The time of the writing of Revelation is not exactly known, but it was probably most likely after Paul wrote his books. This means any talk of Trumpets and events up to that time are not based in fact as this Revelation was passed down by the Almighty through that chain of persons to get to John and only the Apostle John. Obviously to make sure the bible is consistent we will examine Revelation which is the only book that describes in detail the events that shall take place and what happens during the 7 Seals, 7 Trumpets, and 7 Bowls. The only other mention of a trumpet event is from the Apostles Matthew and John who were both of the original 12 Apostles that traveled with Jesus and witnessed his resurrection. Obviously, John wrote Revelation and Matthew was quoting the words of Jesus directly referring to the second coming.

This generation is not being spared from suffering. Christians are currently the most persecuted people on the earth. Terrible suffering and great martyrdom going on right now.

People do not want any kind of responsibility / accountability/ or discomfort due to their sins . They do not even want to admit that sin exists or that they are guilty .

The rapture will happen when the fullness of the body of Christ Jesus is completed ( the last soul to be saved in the Total Body of Christ Jesus) .Remember God is longsuffering and wishes none shall perish. Reports say Many in iran, africa, south america, russia, ukraine , china etc are still being harvested/ giving their heart, coming to the knowledge of Christ Jesus , Now . =This is key, and, and the question is how many are left to come to Christ Jesus which completes the Body of Christ Jesus and how much time will it take. We personally believe it could be 1-3 years maximum to finish the harvest, then the rapture will happen. 1 thess 5:9 For God has not appointed us to suffer wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ

Did you say belief by convenience? Not at all! The Scriptures made it very clear that the tribulation period is a time of destruction and the purpose of the Rapture is to take the righteous out of harm's way. In the past, he used an ark for that very purpose, but this time around he's going to use the Rapture. It's very easy to figure out if he's going to use a pre-trib or a post-trib Rapture to take the righteous out of harm's way by comparing the days of the tribulation with the days of Noah. The Bible tells us the days that lead up to the very day the Lord shut Noah and his family in the ark, the people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. If these things are possible, meaning if the people living in a time when peace and joy are replaced by widespread death and destruction so much that if those days are not shortened not even the elect would be saved, then yes, this means Scripture has been fulfilled, and, it's going to be a post-tribulation Rapture and by all means, you should hold to it. But if it's not, then it's going to be a pre-tribulation Rapture.

Brother, why would you go through the tribulation when the Lord wants to save you from it? Did you not know that the purpose of the rapture is to take the righteous out of harm's way? In the past, the Lord used an Ark to save the righteous from his wrath, only this time he's going to use the Rapture. We have to understand that the judgment of the lord doesn't begin after his second coming! No, it begins before! And It can be proven! The Lord said that in the days leading up to his judgment the people are going to be eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage as the people were doing in the days before the flood, but the days leading up to his second coming are going to be days of great tribulation, it's going to be a time of destruction, a time when the people's number one priority is to stay alive, and when marrying and giving in marriage might just be the farthest thing from their minds because of the unprecedented death rate. By that time, the death toll will be very high. People will be dying so fast that if those days are not shortened not even the elect will be saved. There's no denying that the things the lord said the people are going to be doing were not meant to happen during the days leading up to his second coming only during the days of the son of man. There's a difference.

Your comment, MP S, re: what pre-Tribbers say about the "saints" mentioned in Revelation during the Tribulation needs an answer. I believe, if you read Ephesians 2:11-22, you will perhaps deduce that Paul makes a distinction between "the Gentiles" who were once strangers and aliens to God's program (but are now saved) and "the saints"-those who were given the covenants of promise via Abraham and then believed in Jesus (i.e., Jewish believers). Yes, they (Gentile and Jewish believers) were made into "one new man" by their faith, because Jesus broke down the middle wall of partition between them (represented by the law and ordinances), and as a result they will be raptured together, soon. But AFTER the Rapture, those who come to faith via the testimony of the two witnesses or of the 144,000 evangelists will be persecuted (a fast-track sanctification) and required to prove their love for God by, in many cases, giving up their life rather than worship the Anti-Christ. By various means, God will test everyone (just like He tested Adam and Eve) and those whose love for Him is proven will make it into His Kingdom. He will have no future rebellion once the 1,000 years are completed. In other words, believers who are "ready" when the Rapture occurs (that is, wearing white garments of faith, obedience and repentance), whether Jewish or Gentile, will not have to go through that final seven-year time of testing and trial. They have already been tested and "counted worthy" (via their faith and perseverance) to "escape the hour of testing that is coming upon the whole world, to test those who dwell upon the earth." (Rev. 3:10) They will instead be like Noah who was already proven and then told to go into the Ark seven days before God would bring the flood of rain upon the earth. (Gen. 7:1-4). The Ark is a picture of Christ, or heaven, and the Bride will go into that place of safety seven YEARS before God brings the destruction again, this time by fire. The pre-Trib Rapture also is pictured by the traditional Jewish Bridal Week, in which the bride and groom go into seclusion for seven days before coming out to the waiting guests at the Wedding Feast. Jesus said "I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am you may be also." I believe this was a reference to his fulfillment of this tradition for His Bride. He is building a place for her and He will come and get her at the Father's command and take her into seclusion for seven years before returning to earth for the Wedding Feast of the Lamb. Those who are saved (and then executed) during the Tribulation will be resurrected and serve as priests to God and Christ during the thousand year millennium. (Rev. 20:6)

Kelvin B, Since your question is not about the rapture, but how do we go through the tribulation, I will try and answer that specific question. First, as in all things, we need to press into God and be in His Word and in Prayer. I would highly recommend memorizing as much scripture as you can. I believe as persecution increases one of the things that will happen is either the changing of God's word to line up with the culture, or the total banning of God's word. I also believe we need to find other brothers and sisters to fellowship with outside of the "church" . By "church" I mean the way we have done church here in the US and meet in a church building. Yes, we are the church and not the building, but we associate church with the building. I believe True Christian churches will be closed down and pastors will be arrested for preaching the Word, as God's word conflicts with culture. So meeting from house to house, like was done in ACTS, is how we will need to fellowship and worship. And as Persecution increases, people will most likely lose jobs due to their beliefs and thus they may not have a place to live or even food to eat. So we must be prepared to help those in need. I recommend, if you have the means, to have extra food, water, medical supplies, clothing.... on hand to help where needed. From my perspective, I also recommend learning useful skills to help you thru these times. It may bring in extra income, but also saves money by being able to fix, create, make things yourselves. One other thing, if you feel led or need help for whatever reason, there are many Christian groups around the country who have already come together as a community. I have not chosen to do this as I feel God has me where He wants me and I feel I need to help those in my area. Again, everyone needs to evaluate their situation and do what they believe God is leading them to do. I hope this helps.

Sam Samurai No matter how much you want the word apostasy to mean a physical departure from earth (rapture) in order to justify the false teaching of a pretrib rapture, that argument is completely unsound. Like Plowshares pointed out, if Paul meant rapture in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, then his writing and message to the Thessalonians would make zero sense. In essence he would be saying...do not be deceived because you will know when the rapture happens because first there will be a rapture. That is illogical. Why would you wait to prepare for the evil day?...its already here, just look around! Satan has always had his worshippers here on earth to fight against The Lord's people...they killed the prophets that God sent, they killed the disciples, except John of Revelation, and the Bible says that ANY one who seeks to walk in holiness WILL suffer persecution! In Matt 24, what question was Jesus asked? "Tell us, when will these things be? Hi Dixie, l appreciate what you are saying. I’m 66 and have had the same experience as you and it was thrilling and comforting to contemplate a pretrib snatching away but l had this nagging feeling that it was too good to be true, particularly when looking at how believers have always had really tough times through the centuries so why would we be any different. I sure hope the Lord gives me an injection of toughness to get through this and be able to die for Him cause l don’t have what it takes on my own. I’ve got to hang on to what Job said, “Though He slay me, yet will l trust Him”.

@@caroleevandyk5544 Isn't it a strange mixture of feelings? In the end you no longer know which one is of God and which one not. In a vision-like dream, I saw myself being in the sky looking down on dark times (and that was before 2020, and before I even knew about the existence of a rapture), but my FEEL whispers that I am prepared to to go through it and be of help. But also both can be correct: those dark times that i see from the sky, do not have to be the FIRST or BEGINNING of dark times, it can also be somewhere later. In the end everything will become clear :) and God has prepared us for whatever situation we will be in. Bless you!

You said you got the right teachings. But did you know that the tribulation is going to be a time of destruction and that the real purpose of the rapture is to take the righteous out of harm's way? Well, in the past, the Lord did use an ark to serve that very purpose, but this time around he's going to use the rapture, and this I believe we can all agree on. But whether it's a pre-trib or a post-trib rapture he's going to use to take the righteous out of harm's way, is what we can't agree on. We can know which one he's going to use just by comparing the days of the tribulation with the days of Noah. The Scriptures tell us that in the days leading up to the rapture and his judgment the people will be eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage just as the people did in the days leading up to the flood. But there's one thing, all post-tribbers have failed to understand that the days leading up to the second coming of Christ are days of tribulation and not the days leading up to the rapture, and his judgment. The tribulation is going to be a time of destruction, this is when people's number one priority will be survival, and they won't have any time to be married or to be given in marriage. People will be dying so fast that If those days are not shortened not even the elect will be saved. Still believe you've got the right teachings.
