Unless I missed something, no one asked why REZ is still on the team. Guy is washed and has been mailing it in for a while now. Its just inevitable that he'll be removed at some point in the next calendar year and they should have simply saved us the time and done it now.

Why is he still on the team? Because he was the only good player on the last iteration of the team. Would be odd to kick your best player right?

@@LH-vx9zw The entire team was awful (and has been for years) so that doesnt say very much at all. He's been involved in nearly 7 years of abject failure. Not all his fault but at some point you just need to get rid of the deadwood, and thats what he is.

@@wilfredberqvist9096 Last time REZ had his proper positions (in 2022) he put up HLTV top 20 performances, then sadly got put on the AWP. If you let him play his roles correctly and in the right team with the right guidance he warrants his position for sure. I truly think this is his last chance on NIP, if he doesn't perform now he's out.

@LH-vx9zw And yet he wasn't HLTV Top 20... But let me get this straight, REZ is only able to put up performances expected from him, if EVERYTHING around him is perfect and only then can he perform. Newsflash, few, if any players, have a perfect situation around them. The actual greats are still able to perform in spite of whats around them. REZ was at one point a player worth building a team around, he no longer is that kind of a player and expecting him to all of a sudden regain his 2017 form because they got rid of some role clashes is just a fools errand.
