Every gen has their own trends..snsd was the trends in their generation...time is not evolve around u...newer generation even has more tight competition than snsd in their era, n that makes new gg have to workharder n better ...the newer nation gg worked 10 times harder than snsd n they succeeded it, no need to be salty..snsd is always be remembered

@@iheworld134 you should know in the 1st gen 2 era, many girlgroups getting hate and blacklisted because the fans of some boygroups. Not to mention many people underestimated them. So there is no "which gen that having harder times" since they have they own obstacles

@@iheworld134 SNSD kinda paved a way for new girl group because they compete when girl group was viewed weaker than boy group. And even new group has more impact internationally, this is more like on 'entire Korea impact'. Until today, Soshi dominate Korean entertainment and known for their ability on everything. This is created because they influenced on basically everything.

1st gen was handed the key, 2nd gen opened the door, 3rd gen stepped through and 4th gen walked the path SNSD will always be the Nation's Girl group and showed that girl groups can win against boy groups and their legacy still lives on after 14 years :)

But when you look at the bright side... the girls were like popping everywhere they were like ALWAYS TRENDING... TIFF and SOOYOUNG were at MAMA and introduce themselves as SNSD... now HYO and TAE are in a NEW SUPER GROUP... we'll just have to wait I guess... but I have a feeling even if they do a COMEBACK, that would be their last...

I'm just contented that Oh!GG came up with the song Melody recently. Yes, I wish for SNSD's comeback too but just laying back and not really in high hopes since 2015. Still supportive of these 9 ladies since Gee Era (2009), be it acting, singing or book-writing. These ladies made a huge impact in my life, bringing me happiness and comfort etc. Love SNSD forever~

I’ve been binge watching their encore stages, live and wins. How I wish I could cheer for them like 3rd gen does to their idols when they have a comeback. Ugh I miss them! Also I appreciate sones for staying together waiting for the legends although I don’t find many sones in my area(nepal) ;(

I think people are missing the point of the whole Nation’s GG. No need to say 2nd gen are salty and no need to compare idols. Why can’t newer fans accept and appreciate the impact that SNSD gave to the revolution of girl groups. That girl groups with many members could be known individually, that trying out new concept each comeback was possible, that the recipe for a legacy includes putting your training to good use (singing, dancing, variety, acting). Newer gir groups are also exceptional, in fact sunbae loves to support their hoobaes cause they’re off doing their own things now. So please stop disrespecting older GGs.
