I would really love to see them continue this for a month and see the transformations. I liked how there were workouts and techniques they used I had never seen before let alone done so that really caught my attention. I think It would be interesting to see the results of this and see if the goals they were aiming for really have results.

Google it :) You can actually find Zac's full workout... it includes all the exercises, reps and rest. But it doesnt say anything about diet, so.... enjoy your cake 🎂🎂🎂
