I have the first iteration of the Wearbuds which were a great test product. Sound quality was solid. Microphone and battery are a bit meh and the charging cable I wish it could have used something more standard. I'm hoping that this watch fixes the microphone letting virtually everything in! Looks great though :) . Might have to get this one as well!

Is this product or company a scam? There is no after sale service if the product is broken within warranty.

What type of charging port does it have? I cant seem to find any info on that and I want to know it before I back it or buy one. Is it Micro or USB-C? Or still that proprietary one that makes the whole thing useless if you forget it or lose it?

I hope it's not USB-C nor micro. I want a proprietary easy attach magnetic charger like most other good fitness watch have. Come to think of it, I don't know any fitness watch that uses USB C or micro.

I recently bought this product, but was a total disappointment. Upon turning on the watch, it wouldn’t stop vibrating and the touchscreen was completely unresponsive. I tried emailing their customer support, but was completely ignored. After a month and a half, I resorted to getting a refund from Paypal instead. If you do get this, hope that you don’t get a faulty one like me because their customer service does not exist.
