Still I find it a little rude always refering to Brazil when it comes to "small" clothes!! Then when we are going to talk about make up, our minds will fly to korean guys!!.. When we hear about media bullying we immediately think of south korea too!! For me its not a cultural thing anymore but just prudery as I also live in korea and see how men are treating women when they are wearing revealing clothes!! No respect at all and heat on you like they have never seen a woman!! Sexual jokes, Sexual assaults but dont dare to go to police! I really hope that all these forgeiners who live in korea and especially these international couples will show you the hard reality and dont try to make it look like culture differences...

Triste vê que ele foi preconcetuoso ao dizer "Não estamos no Brasil " e muitos brasileiros não deram conta disso, ao contrário acham bonito e curtem. Ele não se referia por vivermos em um país tropical e não conservator como a coreia e sim pela fama criada por estrangeiros incluindo coreanos que todas as mulheres brasileiras são vulgares. Ele foi preconcetuoso sim! Inclusive ela como estrangeira devia ter tido algo como repreende lo. I love how respectful Jin is about it though! ✨ In America, its perfectly normal to see men in just shorts, no top and Women in sport shorts and sports bras, or bikini tops outside working in the yard, at the gym, walking down the street. No one bats an eye at it here. This is why i find cultures so fascinating!

It depends on the person tho. Think clean and be clean. Others may look because your girl's pretty and you should be proud of it. Trust your girlfriend/wife. Let her wear what she wanna wear. Jin... I'd say he's more toward the old school side I guess? No hate. But different people different mindset. It's how you perceive yourself, your girl and your relationship.

If I was in korea i would be so clueless about dressing codes, I plan to visit the country I need to watch a video about this .

First: Hattie You look amazing in those clothes, but yeah those are not probably so appropriate in Korea. Second I love it how Jin is so nice, even if he thinks Hattie is doing something what's not so good idea. And how nicely He expresses it! And third: Jin's facial expression when He looks Hatties clothes and understands that she really plans going out on so little clothing ❤️ Like His heart shattered in pieces :S :D You are so lovely couple!

I follow a Korean girl that was raised in Mexico but she lives in Korea now and she is always wearing leggings and sports bra or crops and she says that even though people stares because it's not common, she doesn't care 😂😂 she's comfortable

Cultural norms can still be wrong. In my culture it not normal to wear this but doesn’t mean it right, I always tell my parent women have right to wear what they want, but I also understand it different in other countries.

I don't really understand what was so bad about that top, cause it was covering everything, it was not "sexy" in my eyes. Just sports bra. And in k-drama "Bussiness Proposal" one of the main female characters wore a bra like that in a gym..

Hi Hattie! Just a small comment on how to help keep your chest stay put while running. Don't buy a sport bra that you feel comfy wearing, like comfy comfy, because it will be too loose and your chest will bounce. Normally I wear something tight and thickly padded that is hard to even put on, but still fit my chest and let me breath. The tightness will somewhat stick to the chest and help with the bouncing. Hope this helps 😁

Jin, yeah i would go to the gym in England with that top as it's classed as sportswear not underwear. You would actually be the odd one out there is you wasn't dressed like that, with either shorts or leggings. It's been like that for years. I could even wear that top with jeans in the street and nobody would bat an eyelid.

Hattie - same! I have always had to wear 2-3 sports bras when working out for the same reasons for a majority of my life. Typically i wear 2 diff sizes or 1 tighter &1 reg size to keep them 'strapped down'. But my bestie does the same as you. BTW your abs are rocking girl!! 🙂

@samily Então , como se andar com aquela roupa fosse uma "ofensa", por isso amo meu Brasil, culturalmente falando apesar dos nossos defeitos acredito que a mulher aqui tenha uma liberdade absurda se vestir e ser o que quiser, claro que isso ainda está em construção, mas quando vejo esse tipo de comentário e outros no canal, sempre que a hattie quer usar a coisa diferente, decotada, curta e etc .... Ookey . Jin was indeed respectful and quite open towards Hattie's outfit , I agree with what the whole (if not the majority , excluding purely negative ones) , of the comments posted on here . And I love Hattie's confidence on being fine and quite in tune with her body , swell as keeping herself healthy . Jin , you too are doing amazing for pursuing health too , y'all doing yourselves solids and earning gold for everything you've both put in and done for health , swell as for every passion and goals you've pursued ! Everyone deserves the best . Keep at it y'all ! BUT , again , genuinely love Hattie's confidence and open-mindedness towards her body & her outfits , swell as her comfortability with her being in her own skin and such , etc . I get that Korea is quite the conservative country , 101% understood & respect that . I'm just tryna say here that , people should be free to wear whatever and whenever , but with common sense ofc . Wouldn't want to c people wearing nothin on the streets obviously , but if u do like to do that , all I have for you nothin but respect , u live ur life -I'll live mine. If it's your style to wear revealing clothes (ex: Hattie's clothes displayed in the vid, which is 100% fine tbh), or , say something sexy or a bit risque , to the gym , etc . Then go ahead . Actually the country I live in is pretty conservative too, like wearing too revealing clothes going out is seen a bit inappropriate. But we can see girls working out in sports bra at gyms, its totally normal.
