@Reece...when children sleep their brains develop🤯 and they grow. It is essential for your kids to sleep...take naps..etc.😴 they NEED so many hours a day depending on their age. It wont hurt..PROMISE😉

My daughter is 3 she don't really nap but if she does it's only coz she's a cranky butt and needs to and will won't to but I'd rather her not coz then bed sometimes it's later she's up.
