OKay but I don't understand why some people dislike this video they're motivating so many people nothing is impossible and they proved that I've been diagnosed with pcod For 5 years I'm 24 now I used be zero size but I gained alot of weight Coz of pcod and it did affect my self esteem I was depressed but guys no matter what you've got to love yourself how can you expect someone eles to love you if you don't love yourself.. I was never a foodie I can't eat so much food but I got fat bcoz of pcod that was more depressing for me and I stopped my medication and ate healthy did my exercise and I lost weight but I'm not 0 size anymore but I'm okay with that cuz I love how I look now and Im not even going to gym I did all body workout without any Mechine.. Evil people are gonna criticize you anyway and we can't change what they think but we can change what we think.... Stay positive love yourself and just ignore negative people ...
