I would say vast majority of Americans typically wear 10k - 14k, and rarely 18k, they will likely think your 24k is fake, cuz they ain’t never really seen it unless they Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, then they’ll likely know wassup. And I heard elsewhere, in the UK, they wear like 9k as a standard 😂

I’m not sure about her at all how do you not benefit from falling prices of gold? Don’t we all benefit upon purchase when the price falls?

The items menē sells are priced at market value +30% for shipping, craftsmanship etc. So when the price drops on the market , so does the pieces sold. If you visit the site you will actually see the price fluctuation.

22k is investment grade Jewelry. And it will hold up over the long run where 24k will start to look like terrible if you wear it to much because it is too soft, it scratches and deforms to easily
@ecor1504 жыл бұрын
people wear pure gold everyday and they say it's beauty hasn't faded. Especially with necklaces, pendants and bracelets. Rings obviously will have scratches.

I have many mene pieces. I sleep on them, shower, exercise etc. My wedding band I never take it off. It has scratched here and there but nothing bad. All of my pieces hold up well.

24k is too soft and is more at risk from damage or loss if bracelets and chains are caught in things. 22 karat is more durable and 91% pure gold. Something this woman could have expounded beyond the value of art collectible aspects is the fact jewelry is nearly impossible to outlaw by the government if they become tyrannical and try to outlaw and confiscate gold as they did in 1933. The gov may try and make a case on bullion or gold coins if they need to steal your gold to pay off the irresponsible debts they have incurred, but 1 oz of 22k or 24k gold bracelets, chains or other personal items are pretty hard to justify.

my girl never takes off her charms bracelet I got from mene. Pure 24k with no damages. I also have a couple pieces I bought myself like their 24k heavy rounded box chain. Its absolutely stunning! 24K > 22K

@@pistachiosandpopcorn7146 I think not....not only my acquaintance master jeweler states 24k is too soft, but I also recall my grandmother's 24k ring her mother gave her. I examined the ring late in grandma's life. The 24k ring was worn thin after years. Wear and tear on the 24k gold ring gradually wore the soft gold off the ring.

@Pistachios and Popcorn Well.... an Asian is the one who showed me and compared 22 vs 24k. Also, I remember my grandma, who had a 24k wedding ring. It was worn thin over time.

Indians have been doing this for centuries. 22K gold is really the highest you can get. 24K is too soft to make jewelry.

@@goldpharaoh6976 I mean if people want a really good definition of soft metal, look at sodium. That stuff is like playdough and you cut thick pieces the width of your wrist like slices of bread with a knife. People make it seem like gold is on the level of sodium soft.
