1: A whole lot of Jordan 36 inspiration here. 2: "purple burst" sounds like a Hi-C juice box flavor from the 80's. 3: Master Splinter. 4: The green/orange colorway I saw is very Michelangelo.

Agreed. Even though i was heavy on MMPR growin up, i thought it was silly he got beat up by Ivan Ooze in the movie and whole time, he was chillin in that tube in a glittery onesie lol. “Im a frog” still gets me goin 😂

Got these this past week from his elite camp…shoutout D Mitch!! These easily some of my favorite adidas. The shoe felt broken in first wear and had ultimate grip

Lightstrike Pro is widely used in their best running shoes. So it's quite different from regular lightstrike, as it's lighter and bouncier.

@@family19810909 I agree with him and my reasoning is they’re really comfortable, dont need break in time they feel good right out the box, better lockdown support and also traction. I love the harden 8s as well but the AEs are better

Give me Master Splinter all day. The coach of champions. I feel like Zordon is like Phil Jackson - hands off, lets them figure it out on their own, works in a system with interchangeable parts (Megazord/Triangle Offense). Master Splinter is more like Coach Pop - leads by example, builds players up from youth to final form (Robinson/Duncan/TP/Manu/Wemby), and when called upon, can still get it done himself, as evidenced by those Coach Pop playing pickup hoops photos.

Design wise (not the colour - but I do like a gradient), this looks like an Adidas basketball shoe I’d purchase. My hunch is that Lightsrike Pro is gonna be the modern Adiprene+

I like the design of the shoes. Agreed that the colorway is a little loud but it showcases every component well visually. As for the the question of the day, I agree with the both of you. Certainly;y agree that splinter trained them for protection……and even got mad when the kids ventured off to the city on their own and almost got exposed, because he didnb’t want any harm to come to them.

I hope we get a Spider-Man themed colorway in Mens. It would be dope to see an Iron Spider colorway to go with the Cavs Wine and Gold! Also I have to go Master Splinter pretty easily. The sit-downs he has with his sons, letting their thoughts and emotions be heard is wonderful. Also he teaches life lessons often. He wants what is best for his boys.

Don't know about the don 6, but I love the AE 1. I was so exited about thr Harden 8s and I was so disappointed with the way the fit, I don't even want to play in them.(I prefer high tops or mid tops)

Like a lot the looks (except for the carbon like texture, like just make look like plastic and don't try to sell it for something that it isnt, it actually makes it looks even cheaper imo). QOTD M. Splinter all day fs.

QOTD: Splinter, because I know who that is. This seems like a cool design with a friendly price tag. Adidas has been making intriguing basketball sneakers lately, albeit with zero potential for casual wear. Aside from the colorway, these do seem like they have a little bit of off-court wearability. Thanks for the review! I appreciate the variety on the channel lately (i.e. not all Nikes). Happy Fourth to y'all, and here's a like and a comment.

dunno what you're on about the colourway smacks. It's gotta perform though, no good being that bright if they're hard and slippery. Do not like that rubbery tube running around the side though.

Power rangers was my childhood😭. Zordon didn’t choose the rangers the morphing grid did. Gordon just knew it was them and sent for them to be brought to the control centre. Just like Rita and zordon were rangers, they were chosen by the morphing grid.

Team Splinter all the way! If you can't feel the Lightstrike Pro already, then they did it wrong. That's a great foam in their running line and I've been anxious for the 3 Stripes to get it into their hoops shoes to where you could actually feel it. Adidas seems afraid of good cushion at this point 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
