A&Z #1045 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus WeatherVane's Massive "Tsunami" Breakfast Omelette Challenge w/ Pancakes at WeatherVane Restaurant in Menasha, Wisconsin!! WeatherVane has been serving the downtown Menasha, Wisconsin area for many years now, and this omelet challenge breakfast has been available for most of those years. Melanie, Pat, and Julie the owners invited ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I up to attempt the challenge that hundreds of people had previously attempted with only 4 valiant winners. I had 1 hour to feast on a massive omelet that consisted of 14 different ingredients which included 6 real eggs, 3 breakfast meats, 4 Wisconsin cheeses, 5 healthy vegetables, and it was all held together by a flour tortilla. The omelet challenge included over 1lb of hash brown potatoes plus 2 pieces of toast (my choice of bread) and 4 buttermilk pancakes. I was trying to win my $30 breakfast omelette meal free plus a sweet WeatherVane t-shirt and the 5th spot on the Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to owners Melanie, Pat, Julie, and their WeatherVane team for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! WeatherVane's Massive "Tsunami" Breakfast Omelette Challenge in Menasha, Wisconsin ($30):
- WeatherVane offers breakfast and lunch in the historic district of downtown Menasha, WI.
- Hundreds of people had tried this breakfast omelet challenge with only 4 previous winners.
- The breakfast omelet has 6 fresh eggs plus 3 breakfast meats - ham, sausage, and bacon.
- There are 4 Wisconsin cheeses - Swiss, American, Cheddar, and Pepper Jack Cheese.
- Lots of healthy vegetables - tomatoes, green peppers, onions, spinach, and mushrooms.
- A flour tortilla helps keep all the ingredients together. The omelette has 14 ingredients total!!
- The breakfast challenge includes 1+lb of hash browns, 2 pieces of toast, and 4 pancakes.
- There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. Call ahead in advance if you are interested.
- Winners receive the $30 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Wall of Fame.
- Note: This challenge has no drinks required and the cinnamon roll was totally optional.
