Chicken comes out so good and retains the moisture, i haven't done a brisket yet that's on my list. I did do some baby back ribs which low and slow turned out awesome

Nothing better than low and slow cooked meats in my opinion. I will be sure to try some of your recipes soon , keep up the good work
