It's been a minute, I hope everyone's been grilling good shit. I'm back with a butt to smoke on my Weber 26 with the Slow N Sear. This was a 20 hour smoke on an 8lb pork butt. Music by HomageBeats / @homagebeats

@@Weberkettleclub snake smoking a brisket is always something I’ve wanted to try. I used to have a couple offset smokers but I recently moved and had to get rid of them because I don’t have the room anymore to store them. I’d like to smoke a brisket on my Webber but I’ve never done that before. I could use a little instruction. Thanks for getting back to me.

So glad you took the time to explain waiting until the smoke was right. I ruined my first low n slow by not being patient and putting the meat on too quick. Many KZfaqrs show putting the meat on when the kettle temp stabilizes. I also like that your starter coals were fully ashes over. Great content!

Was interested in purchasing a 26inch weber as well do you have any problems with the legs is it durable would u change it and make your own legs

It"s called a butt because it comes from the butt of the shoulder. As far as Kingsford, No there is better charcoal, but there is not any toxic chemical, ppl need to relax

Nice video. Do you think you could even out the heating in a Weber by adding balls? 🤔 I'm thinking of a 22" coil and a PID.
