Nature has been doing this without our help for millions of years, and now we can harvest some of that power of nature in ways that we’ve never been able to do. We’ll be able to cut our fertilizers in half, increase quality and yield and protect the environment at the same time.

I have DP growing right now and I have found that using hydrogen peroxide at any time except the last two weeks of flower has been a life saver for my roots and then the plant! You probably will never hear about this because it works wonders and it’s cheap as hell! Many of the plant foods that you buy online or wherever have hydrogen peroxide in them. You can use the ones you buy at the supermarket or online,

@@chrisrisner5501 I was born in Cleveland and grew up in chagrin Falls. I was just there a few days ago. I should have some of the products and fertilizer out this winter or spring for sure now I’ve got a bunch of materials to start making it again but I’m having a problem with a family practitioner went psycho on me and destroyed my cancer treatment plan so I’m trying to get a new doctor. I’m good I ain’t got cancer than 18 years but I do have to take prescriptions so he screwed everything up and I’m probably going to make a national ordeal out of it because it came down to, they gave me a test at the hospital that they know is broken and then when it produce the broken results that they knew it would be Produce they caused me a bunch of shit and I want the national news and the Congress to know about this to write a bill that they can’t do this to people because they’re basically torturing people it’s nuts. what they are trying to do is destroy peoples Medicare and bankrupt it. Hemp and marijuana are both cannabis and are the same species - botanically, and in reality, its the same plant. There is little difference for the most part between most THC and CBD cultivars - except which compound is made. This is because there are very few genes controlling the difference between a plant producing THC or CBD. Its the same plant, just different compounds that were selected for... The nutrients needed, the pests and diseases, the deficiencies that show up, etc, all are the same. Spider mites and powdery mildew does not discriminate! You can read about hemp and know pot, and pot hemp. There is a lot of university research on hemp now, regarding pests and nutrients - all of that is just as applicable to any kush or glue.

For the organic growers out there wanting to treat their root zone, you can sprout some random (organic) seeds until half an inch of root comes out then grind that up into a slurry for the enzyme boost. Then make a light tea from kelp meal and add teaspoon of fluvic acid to it to water the next watering after the sprouted seed slurry. This is extra beneficial if you already use mycorrhizal inoculant.
@theinfjgoyim5508
@theinfjgoyim5508 10 ай бұрын
Hmm I don't even know what to say. What a weird approach. Not saying it doesn't work, but why and what do you consider is trading the root zone? Out of all the stuff to do... Why is this important? Seems like more effort than necessary but I am sure there is a logical reason.

@@theinfjgoyim5508 Growing organically creates a matting of 'feeder' roots that grow near the surface. The kelp/fluvic acid helps 'pre-digest' anything being absorbed by the root, lessening the work it needs to do. My stepfather was a horticulturist trained at Penn State, and he did this for decades and swore by it.

It is 99% genetics, the strain will always matter more than the method. You can take the best strains and throw them in a pile of dog shit outside and they will create amazing bud. If you some CBD strain with little no THC, well nothing is going to change that. In short the quality of the seed is by far the most significant factor, no contest. If someone tells you otherwise then they are lying to you.

Harley , made biochar as you showed, five foot broccoli, five pound radish. Problem though the town of Prescott Ontario removed two feet of my soil . Can you get involved? This science works thanks to the platform and you science guys.

Question: Are the nutrient needs of Indica vs Sativa dif at dif stages? I cannot find any information that say shows a comparison graph of the 'differences' each needs, there is no way they have identical fertilizer needs (macro & micro) because one came from the mountains the other near the equator etc, blah, blah... It would be helpful to know specifically for each...most growers I know don't mix Indica and Sativa plants in grow cycles. Great interview!

You know I've watched and still go back and watch over and over every video Harley Smith has made. And one thing I can't find is, what is his ideal NPK ratio. For the last 3 years I've been experimenting with just one NPK ratio through out the entire grow with very good results. I've been running a 5 20 20 ratio for about 5 grows and it's performing very well. I'm just wondering what he would think. And what he runs. Thanks Mr. Smith for passing on all your knowledge. Take care.....

There are many combos that work with nice results but dialing in the ratios can be slightly different for each cultivar. Your ratios will change through out the plants life during feedings. Stay posted in the future for vids on this subject. Thanks for the sub and b safe.

O harely your the man .14.5 hr of daylight gas always been the rule of thumb here in mich as far as dnt plant until an flowering begins anything under 14.5 so what I got figured is a week after mother's day they go outside not before or you run a higher risk of the girls flipping to flower .I switch to bloom feeding regiment about the second week of August 14.5 meantime 4:19
