Great training and information. On a side note maybe not for all but the typing sounds are a little annoying.

is it possible to perform longitudinal studies? meaning sending the same form to the same person at different times and compare / register results ; thank you
@Jotform2 жыл бұрын
Hello Mihai, That's possible by sharing your form link or assign your form with your users so they can log in to their own Jotform account and fill out the form you shared with them anytime they want. Here's how to add assignees to your form www.jotform.com/help/652-adding-assignees-to-your-form/. To compare the submissions you received, please use your form Tables. Just search a specific user and compare their submission. Here's how to view your form submissions www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. We think it would also be convenient to compare multiple submissions when you create a Card view on your Tables. Here's how to create a card view on Tables: www.jotform.com/help/1007-how-to-add-a-cards-view-in-jotform-tables/. Example: link.jotform.com/lYtqKjkgLv. If you have more questions, please contact us via our Support Contact Form www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can help.

I am using Jot Form for the first time for my science fair. I have assigned each check-off box numerical data. However, when I go to the table, I do not see the numerical data. I am looking for how to create a spreadsheet or table that will add up the forms. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Hi Christy, The data that you've assigned to the checkbox field are calculation aspects that needs to be processed through calculation. They can't be used as actual value for submissions unless you perform calculation in your form. To perform calculation, you have to use the Form Calculation widget or Update/Calculate Field condition. Here's a guide for that: www.jotform.com/help/343-how-to-perform-form-calculation-in-the-input-table-field. After that, you should see a separate field column on your Table containing the calculated result. If you have more questions, please contact us through our support contact form here www.jotform.com/contact/. Thanks!

is it possible to upload excel spread sheet includinh macro and create out of it a project online with possibility to invite others and participate in teh survey
@Jotform3 жыл бұрын
It is possible to import Excel data to your Table but excluding its macro. You might consider creating an Advanced Formula column in your Table for that, formula runs automatically on the new submissions you received too. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/1001-how-to-import-data-in-jotform-tables. If you're looking to convert an Excel to a form at JotForm, we do not have that feature yet. We suggest creating a form from scratch in our easy to use form builder or clone forms from our form templates page here www.jotform.com/form-templates/?classic. After that, you can take your form URL and share it with your users so they can participate on your survey. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
