For my concerns as a Ghanaian student, I noticed that most developers and Diasporian limit themselves to only the city. I visited cape coast and to realize that there are most talent over there but there’re no job for the people and the people of Volta region too. I think the various city’s in Ghana has to be develop too.

immigrants make choices based on what's good for them. The talent must move to where the job opportunity is. If lots of a particular talent exists in a place and the infrastructure is there to support the business, then the location makes good business sense.

The concepts and ideas that she come with. Upgrade, but she comes from a country that's been established over 250 years into a country. That's not 60 years old. The mindset and the doubt passesses.
