Just terrific! Beautifully presented flow workout. Highly aspirational for the 60+ crowd. You could do a dumbed down, slowed down OK Boomer version. 3-4 basic moves that look good chained together. When seniors can do it, it makes everybody else think they can too. And they can, if they practice diligently! Thanks for the great presentation.

@Bob Karstens - Great point as I was thinking something along similar lines. I LOVE to jump rope but I feel this gives an interesting twist.

I've had my rope a month now- and nothing has helped me work on transitions like your rope workouts!! Time flies when you're rolling along with your rope! Thanks so much for helping me understand rope work even better. Would love more workouts!!

This is a great workout. I love the transitions in the underhand matador lunges. They did not fully click with me this session but I can feel how they have some serious intent in the up-slash coming up from the lunge. Felt like mixing peek a boo boxing and samurai sword play together.

Absolutely loved this workout!! While I enjoy flowing with the rope, I never used in a way to work on drills and workouts with the intent to put in work. So this was new territory for me. I really enjoyed how the we kept the rope moving and the cues which helped me be even smoother with the rope I’ve been looking for more follow along workouts for my weck method toys so this is perfect(cause I only know basic stuff. I wish I could make it out there for a seminar to learn more!) With that being said Would love more follow along workouts!!

Thank you for this very nicely structured and superbly explained/demonstrated workout. I exercise a lot but rope flow works wonders in calming the mind, improving mood, sleep quality…I’m only in week-2, have much to learn but I’m already addicted.

As someone who just started about a week ago, I can say that the best way to start is to buy a rope, pick it up, and start spinning it around. Once you get a "taste" you will automatically find the motivation to start seeking out instruction to make sense of what you are learning and to give it structure.
