It's Sunday night right now when I'm typing, and this is Thursday's vlog----I hope I haven't missed one second of your family's really, really interesting activities, bonding and cohesion! Nothing is mundane or uninteresting, at least for me, Stacy. I look forward each day for any new content and video. The time you personally spend recording your boy's lives/activities will be SO appreciated later by the boys, their families, and you and Russell after they leave for college, etc. Nothing you post is "ordinary!" It is a joy to just watch (me the former HS Basketball Coach) watching them shoot around in the backyard, and practicing, playing games, scrimmaging, etc. Trevor is really good, and so is Drew! Haven't seen as much of Jack playing. A talented group you have! I'd love to see them in a "Family Bowling" night, or miniature golf, etc.........something different activity-wise--I'd be interested to see who has skills that way, or on a putting green, Golf course, tennis--just asking. Don't want to put you more at work than need be. :) I am glad you raised the boys to not curse, to be respectful, and to be in a Church. With all the activities, I am surmising you don't sit down to family meals all at once? One thing that more or less bonded my family---me the youngest of 4 boys, was to have a family dinner and saying Grace before. Just wondered if that is pretty much impossible since Summer has so many activities involved. Lastly, your cooking and preparation for your boys' small meals and snacks is LEGEND! It gives me so many great ideas (and everyone watching). Since I don't cook, go to Luby's---your food preparation videos--with ingredients, temp, cook times, and things you add, look wonderful and tasty. I cannot thank you enough for your Channel! It does me so much good (with no surviving relatives at all), watching a family that mirrors what mine used to be. :)

Drew's comment what if it didn't rain?there would be no water for the wild life&what if the fire department needed to put out a house fire&they had no water. Drew's deep thoughts matter&we love hearing them,and finally my deep thoughts on the Dennis family without them on KZfaq...KZfaq would be boring. I love watching your videos every day. Even when I don't get a chance to watch every day I enjoy when I get to catch up and watch two or three videos. Even when you guys aren't really doing anything it is still very enjoyable and relaxing to watch your your videos. I will never get "sick" of you guys. I just hope you don't get sick of making videos. Don't stress or worry if you just don't have the time to video every day but I don't think we will ever loose interest in watching. About 17 years ago I went through a period of time when I had really bad anxiety attacks. I don't have them anymore, thank God. But I wish I could have watched your videos back then. I think it would have greatly helped to relax and calm me down and take my mind off of everything else. I don't have anxiety attacks anymore but watching your videos is still very relaxing and "therapeutic" for me 🙂.

Stacy, your vlogs are not boring, quite the opposite actually. However if you find yourself overwhelmed trying to record, edit and upload, then certainly your viewing public understands. However, honestly your boys keep it interesting with their viewpoints and comments. It is good to see such caring and supportive parenting by both you & Russell as you are raising such fine young men. You Stacy, are a super-mom in that you are able to keep the household all together and still get each of the guys where they need to go, on time and schedule. IDK how you do it, buy you do! ❤❤❤❤ And you have instilled good Texas values into the fine young men you & Russell are raising. 😊

Stacy I for one love your posts each day. I love that all 3 boys have jobs and that is so important to start them off learning about work when they are young. I would love a post about Lucy it could be about her daily life. A big Thank You to you and your mother for loving and taking in that beautiful cat. Personally, I started watching the vlog because it felt nice and comforting. Like calling your friend at the end of the day to ask what she's been up to. It was never about the super-exciting stuff. There is enough of exciting stuff already on social media. I am here because I want the real, boring, life-stuff. You should just decide what you think is most manageable for you, if you are getting overwhelmed with editing etc.

As a viewer of several family video series, the people who post sporadically sometimes end up not in the day's feed even if a video is posted. I can appreciate the amount of time that you take to make these views into your life. I would grow your subscriber base before cutting back if your looking at this as income.

Stacey I saw Ellana from SAILING LA VAGABOND channel had a mental breakdown with their commitment to film and edit ( they have millions of subscribers and their filming is truly excellent), so do not feel obliged to make daily videos, do it when YOU want and don't become a slave to your channel. I too want more subscribers but I won't make videos just to put content out there. I edit my holiday filming because I want to be creative. So step back a bit. haha I remember visiting my friend's place one year in Montana for American Thanksgiving (our Canadian Thanksgiving is in October). They had 3 Rottweiler dogs. We put the dinner plates on the floor & they licked them off before the plates went in the dishwasher lol.

Although i enjoy your videos, you need to think about YOU... eventually editing and posting every day will take a toll on you. Think of you first and in advance. I rather you think of YOU NOW for the long run than please us now and get exausted later and just drop off or let it affect you family and or mental health for feeling obligated. You see many influencers just break and come back talking about mental health. YOU and your family come first, not us. PS: Drew has the most wonderfull hair don't cut it off. Wish i had it on me.

No, i imagine people who watch y'all like seeing the family dynamic during everything y'all do. If you had the boys learn and do some of the editing for the videos it would teach them a great skill for life and would help make editing easier, and you can even record them trying to edit videos. Love Lucy she is just way too adorable.

Honestly I enjoy your play by play comments, that's what makes your videos so interesting. But it must be a lot of work. Maybe 4 five minute videos then 3 20 minute videos. Don't know. Whatever works for you. Oh, and if it didn't rain then we'd have no umbrellas 😅 (deep thought ref.)

The favorite thing about Sam’s Club when I had a membership was buying the retail boxes of candy bars and later cases of energy drinks. While I enjoy almost daily videos and the boys acting like brothers do what works for you, if you go to three to five days a week that’s fine don’t worry about what your viewers or community thinks.

11:30 Whose hand-me-downs is Drew wearing? Hand-me-downs are a parent's best friend. For a kid, it depends. My Okie dad grew up in poverty with no brothers and six older sisters. Just imagine. 😅 Stacy, I've thought all along that a daily video is not sustainable, especially with your postings on the other platform. Three times weekly is about right. Also, many YT channels are discovered through shorts, so you might think about posting more of them. Not just for the sake of doing them, but catchy clips that make viewers who stumble upon them want to see more.
