Agree absolutely! This is how I want to remember the ending of an Austen novel, the marriage of Charlotte and Sidney.

No, I'm sorry to tell you that season 3 doesn't end like that. This is my creation because I dream of a happy ending for the Sidlottes but the third season has a completely different ending in the series that I don't like. They had Sidney die in Season 2 and Charlotte will marry Colbourne at the end of Season 3, I hope someone will produce another Sanditon adaptation to give us the happy ending for the Sidlottes.

Yes very sweet but a pity that fans of Sanditon should have to create their own wedding for Sydney and Charlotte. Whoever is responsible for the very disappointing conclusion of Sanditon series 1 should be ashamed and be heartily sorry for this unsatisfacory state of the conclusion of the drama. Either Theo James or Andrew Davies should be able to explain the sorry reason for disappointing end to Sanditon.

I have had my Jane Austen ending, the marriage of Charlotte and Sydney. This is exactly how Austen would have ended her novel. I will not watch any seasons, they will just be the the thoughts of another writer. The shame is that they had the chance to finish Austen’s novel as she would have done and they totally messed up.
