Your holiday looked lovely. I went to Greece when I was 10, but my husband has not been yet. We are going to Italy next year for our 30th anniversary…it may have to be Greece for the 35th!

Thank you so much Miah! 🖤 Yeah... Billy had my phone in his pocket and I'm so happy he decided to capture some of the moments. I wish we had footage of both of us in those moments but obviously someone had to record it, ha!

Incredible footage! Athens is one city on my go to list eventually when the pandemic ends! It’s a beautiful city with incredible views and history. The old Olympic stadium is a place I would want to visit given it was the original finish of the historic marathon (shot put was also contested there in 2004)! Santorini is absolutely an incredible spot. What you did with your wedding photos was perfect!!

My wife and I were in Greece in June and Traveled throughout the islands. Funny enough had a photoshoot in the same exact spot in Santorini 🇬🇷

Great question! We did everything ourselves. We enjoy having the flexibility and part of the "adventure" for us is figuring out everything as we go! It's definitely gotten easier the more and more we travel.

Going to Santorini next summer! We’ve been before so have seen most of the sites. I love hiking and want to do the hike you did! However I’m traveling with my parents who are in their 70s. Would the hike be okay for them in your opinion? They are moderately active swim and walk everyday.

That's a great question! The hike to Skaros rock wasn't bad because you go down stairs to get there, then hike up a little (so it isn't uphill the entire time). The paths were mostly clear... especially the one that goes around the side. I wouldn't recommend the part of the hike to get up to the very top... even Billy and I were too scared to hike up there, ha! But otherwise, I think it would be do-able! Just bring water with you :)

What was the weather like while you were there? It looked kind of chilly, yet beautiful!

Great question! It was in the upper 60s most of the days (but it felt cooler than 60s back home). We would have a light jacket but if we were in the sun we usually got warm and would take it off.

Yes! Highly recommend going! We stayed at Fos Downtown Suites in Athens and Absolute Bliss in Santorini! Both were very affordable and had fantastic service (Absolute Bliss included breakfast every day)!
