I’m glad I have supportive family that do not care what tribe I marry into, my dad always tells me, if you like marry Hausa Igbo or a white man, as long as you love him. I think they are more so concerned (especially my mum) with religion, and I understand because I’d never wanna confuse my kids on what religion to practice. I used to push all IMO guys away cus my parent wants my state which is Ebonyi or anambra or Enugu. They say it’s because of their bride price. I accepted to date only Igbo boys, and pushing IMO boys away but currently I like an IMO guy atm and he looks down to earth.
