When my cousin got married a few years ago I was one of the groomsmen. During the ceremony I see the maid of honor get this look of horror on her face and she leans in to the bride to tell her something. The pastor stops the ceremony and hilariously asks the maid of honor what she is doing. She meekly replied, I forgot the ring in the change house. Everyone bust out laughing as she took off running to go get the ring. Their ceremony may not have been "perfect", but it was definitely unforgettable.

I love this stuff I attended a wedding where at the reception the father of the bride actually announced he had just been nominsated to run for a political party at the next federal election. Upstage meant nothing to that fool. My Daughter's wedding I had them rolling in the aisles as it were. The D J played Hey Big Spender as I approached the microphone. I pulled my pockets out and shrugged. It was totally off the cuff. It set the scene for the next 3 minutes. My 3 grand daughters then danced the boogie upstaging me to more raucous laughter. Then the doofus father got up and drunkenly embarrassed every one there.
