just a tip for dealing with stress, it's been proven that stress and gratitude cannot coexist. so whenever you are feeling stressed just begin to thank God for things in your life even if its small 💗💗

@@anant8748 it’s not misinformation! multiple studies will say the same “Physiologically, our brains cannot respond to negative emotions (fear, anxiety, stress) and positive emotions (gratitude) at the same time. So, if you're practicing gratitude, you have a way to reduce anxiety, frustration and feeling overwhelmed.”

@@jackiechilman at the actual moment absolutely! and i apologize for saying that in such a way, it came across much harsher than I intended it to. i just meant that overall, general anxiety in your life can exist at the same time as general gratitude within your life. in the moment this is a beautiful strategy and i'm so glad you mentioned it, i only meant that simply being grateful can't take away the big anxieties in life

I don't think it's wrong to get married this young. If you have the funds to do it and the love to do it, do it. It doesn't mean you're going to have a baby at 19 or 20. You can be married for like 10 years and then have a baby. It's your choice. I'm almost 19 and I've been dating my boyfriend for 3 years now, and if I could get married to him right now I would! But we both study in different places and can't live together for at least another 2 years, so there's no point in getting married right now (and we don't really have the money for it). I'm happy you found someone this young, it only means you have more time together! Really happy and proud for both of you! 😊

congratulations, love you guys!!! i also got married young at 20 & 21 so i love to see another young christian couple 🤍 ps you should put the wedding band on first and the engagement ring on second over the wedding band because the wedding ring should be closest to your heart and the engagement ring protects it, it’s a tradition :)
