I watched the video and appreciate the work you put into it. I am getting married for the first time at 35 and we are combining houses...like fully furnished homes...and we already have more than enough of everything in this video. This is probably too late, but register for a honeymoon fund or for experiences! For example, register for Broadway tickets or a dinner for two 🥰

@@harpist.vanessa Yeah a little late lol. Our first anniversary is in 2 weeks. She also gets a dinner for 3 every night(kid included) because I'm the house chef :)

Hi! Very interesting video. I'm from Poland and I'm very curious about the idea of a registery as we don't have anything like that in here. I guess it's like a wish-list you compose for your guests? Is it a common practice in US? Does it happen sometimes that you get two or more sets of the same present from different guests? In Poland it's a common practice to give wine flowers and money to the married couple to sort of "pay them back" for the wedding they organized for us. Also, the couple often writes in their invitation that instead of the flowers which whither quickly they would love some feed that they then provide for animal shelters or toys for orphanages etc :)
