Yea very excited new video 💥 After watching the video, it became clear to me that the Kazakh customs and traditions are very close and similar to the Iraqi traditions, so we will have two parties, one of which is sweets and gold and relatives come and the second is the wedding ceremony. It is wonderful. Soon I will be in Kazakhstan to know more about the convergence of our beautiful culture

Very cool Salta, your traditions are similar to South Asian Indian culture for weddings. The shopping, the duration the gift giving and the many events. Cheers R-

In Mexican culture we have Padrinos and Madrinas (Godfathers, and godmothers ) basically like sponsors for the wedding . For example there could be a padrino for the food a Madrina for the cake etc

Salta, I love your videos and I fully intend to finish this video as well as the others in this series. However, in the beginning of your video, behind you on the wall; is that a power outlet? If it is, why is it so high? 😆 I’m sorry, but I couldn’t stop staring at it as you’re speaking and explaining about the wedding traditions and process.

Any idea when / how we would be able to get in to KZ? Is KZ going to open up to tourists any time soon? I'm an American in Taiwan, so pretty safe...

Recently, Kazakhstan resumed visa free regime with 30 countries. But US or Taiwan are not one of them. I guess they will continue and extend the list further soon.

you should wait until taiwan opens up a bit. i am in quarantine in taichung rn and it's no fun... going to kazakhstan sounds like a lot of fun though, i am thinking about it myself

Saltiss, I met a Kazahk woman and she wants to bring me home to meet her parents. I know that's huge in your country. I'm an America and her parents grew up in the USSR. She's afraid he father will reject me. If that happens, what is next?

I find it interesting how the ones that are less exposed and fully knowledgeable about their culture try to show it to others much more passionately than the ones who grew up with them. It's the same for me I think

To be honest I hate kazakh weddings. It totally waste of resources. Unlimited drink and buffet at the end of the wedding guys are also fighting for no reason.

what? This is not true, but it was probably 20 years ago, but now there is no such thing, almost all people make Halal weddings, that is, weddings without alcohol, fights and more food and guests. By the way, Russians have such weddings, but not Kazakhs.
