It seems like it would really help to get a White mom who doesn't experience hiring discrimination, no one is as stressed out as we are as people of color, getting hired is too difficult then on top of this getting a mom who can't sympathize and can't help when you need it the most is rough, I honestly hate being a person of color, we're so hated in work settings and we are always being treated in ways we don't deserve
