The snow across north London has been nothing short of pathetic lol. So disappointed this year, it could have been so good but instead it was weak, thin and very underwhelming.

I'm in North Wales and - nothing. Muddy, with extra mud, occasional green bits and very depressing. We had a layer of hail bits a week or two ago but that's it, very disappointed that it snows around me. Always!

Next week is far from certain - the American GFS gives only limited progress eastwards from Sunday to Tuesday. So there maybe an east west split on temps. Then it has the continental high migrating northwards back up to Scandinavia by Thursday opening up the gates to those easterly winds. So if the fronts break through very mild otherwise a wobble less cold and then very cold probably to the end of the month.

More likely Sunday into Monday for E/SE. Legacy of damp, misty, drizzly conditions after the snow threat.

Should any fronts become slower moving indeed grind to a halt, snow could begin to build up. Cold denser air always proves more difficult to shift.

@@leanne2871 manipulation of the weather isnt public access - its just things people have heard - actual evidence that this is actually being done?? otherwise its all just hear say
