You are rockin spirit week at work,.. Looking good on Hat day 👒 😊👍 You did do good not eating those foods. I honestly thought your food looked better lol 😆 That's right up my alley. Hey, I do have some Great Value chia seeds. Wonder what the date is for the chia seed recall? I've had mine for a good long while. Sugar Detox is real.. we're clean, at the moment. Thank the Lord! Praying to stay that way. It really can be hard at times. Even knowing some things aren't that good for us, we still fail sometimes. Just DONT QUIT! Jump right back on, and keep on keepin on. Yes, the beef(ribeyes), bacon, and eggs works wonders.. I'm doing chicken, and different fish, as well. Enjoy your Sat night, and have a wonderful Sunday with church, maybe carrot & pimento cheese, and Judy day!😁🤗❤ God bless, everyone!😊🙏

Bad news…Judy is out on a trip, no pimento cheese or judy or even pork steaks today. Booooooo. She’s having fun on a bus tour with her bestie. I agree, just don’t quit, get back up and keep on going.

It looked like a fun day. And you looked pretty! Yes, it's 12 ounces of cod a week. That's 3, (4ounce) fillets, to get the EPA & DHA omega-3's. You get the ALA omega-3's from cabbage, chia seeds, yogurt, cottage cheese, walnuts and eggs, which I've seen you eat regularly. Well everything but the walnuts. 😁 edit - cod is low in mercury.

great video- Terri- I used a small amount of cauli rice in my mixture for the chaffles(like your baffles)- it really does add more bulk and kept me fuller for longer-- Will try that again- love the hat and the outfit

Me? No, I’m honestly not a cauliflower taste kinda gal. I wish I liked it, that’s why I rarely use it except maybe in a salad or once in a while in cooked veggies.

I’ve opted for eggs and bags lately for breakfast. It seems to help my hunger stay away longer. Don’t worry, you’re not missing anything without the chia seeds 😉

Hi Terri, love your outfits! You look sharp! Thanks for talking about sugar withdrawal. I'm having a hard time at 3am. No time to eat a meal. I work hospital graves and my sugar tanks after running my 12+hours. I need something quick without turning to sugar. I've tried boiled eggs & jerky but nothing works quick enough. Any ideas everyone? Butter?

I wonder if you can make some burgers and keep them in your work fridge? Maybe nuke them and eat while charting. Satiating and keeps the hunger away. Meat is my answer to all things hunger and craving. Or you could make some chaffles

I just watched some of your older videos, I wanted to see how that eating differs from now. The video I watched you ate 1400-something calories. Will you drop lower from what your eating now if you don't loose? Or am I mistaken and your not looking to loose any more?

You’re exactly right! I wasn’t going to go full force until I finish the 73% and it should be done by next Saturday-9 days I think. Anyway, at that time I’ll change up to 80/20 and chicken at supper. I just did the math, the 80% will be 80 less calories. So I’m going to do some days with fish and some days without but will try to see how it can fit, because I know I want some omega 3’s. But yes, sorry, you’re right I’m going to lower my calories. I want to try to just lower calories and not carbs to see if that works. Then after a few months if it doesn’t work I’ll lower my carbs and see how that works with the same amount of calories. I’m thinking it’ll be a good experiment

How did you detox from sugar and how long did it take?

It took about 2-3 weeks. I was keto at the time and I’ll be honest, it was hard. I shook, I was angry, I was tired, I took Benadryl and melatonin as soon as I got home from work to help me through the evenings. I started crocheting to keep my hands busy. But…once I was done…no more cravings or detox unless I eat something I shouldn’t. It’s hard but best decision ever. Now being on this side if I had to go back I’d use burger patty’s and ground beef. Staying full helped me so much! You may gain during the detox by eating excess meat, but if it helps the detox you can always lose those pounds after the detox is over.
